  My friend invited me to get Botox injections together, and I agreed. On the day of the appointment, her mother had a sudden medical emergency. My friend called me in tears and asked if I could please call and cancel her spot, but keep mine so I wouldn’t cancel for both of us. As a business owner myself, I understand how important this is, so I explained the situation and confirmed that I would still come alone. The clinic said, “No problem.” When I arrived, I was taken straight in for the procedure. I asked the price per unit and was told it’s $11 with a friend, or $12 if you come alone. After finishing 60 units, I went to pay and was told that because I came without my friend, the price was actually $13 per unit. I was charged $760. No one warned me in advance that the price would change so drastically because my friend had an unavoidable medical emergency. When they asked me to come back in two weeks, I said “no.” For the difference of $60–180, they lost a client. They got $760 once, but I will never return and will not recommend them to anyone. I believe this is unfair and unprofessional treatment of customers.

  I couldn’t be happier with my Botox and filler experience! From start to finish, the process was professional, smooth, and totally worth it.   Good massage until I 'only' gave a 10$ tip and the masseuse was actually angry with me and sent me off with a rude expression.
