  I had an appointment for a haircut on 3/13. The salon called me 1.5hrs beforehand to say the the stylist couldn't make it in, I didn't hear the message in time so as I was parking I called the salon to let them know I was a few minutes late finding parking. They informed about the cancellation. They offered me a cut with another stylist an hour later, I took it. I have a newborn and needed a haircut stat! I had a babysitter for this appointment and don't know when I'll have a chance again. Stylist was sweet, and the cut looked fine when she was finished. It wasn't until I washed my hair a few days later that I noticed how choppy and bulky the cut was. I had asked for lots of layers and face framing and for the back to be textured because it's so bulky. I'm not happy with the haircut. I called back 3/21 letting them know I'm unhappy with the haircut and they said I only had 3 days to call back and have a redo. Receptionist spoke to the manager, manager said the same thing. There's nothing they can do now, but I can come in for another haircut for over $100. Personally, no thanks. Bad customer service, out of touch receptionist, and they add a 5% gratuity that you find out about when you pay the bill they don't inform you. Overall bad experience and I don't know how they have such good reviews.

  From the online appointment to the day of service Jayden Presleigh’s team delivers expert service. The combined boutique with the salon is amazing. Gina is a top of the line stylist & knows exactly what she is doing. My only regret is that I don’t live year round in the area.

  I had an amazing experience at the salon. Everyone was so welcoming, and I loved the atmosphere. My stylist Raquel was so thorough with figuring out what I wanted and I really feel like she listened and gave me exactly what I needed!
