  I scheduled an appointment online for my neighbor. I followed the prompts and was quoted $75 for a haircut. Upon arrival, we were told the stylist would be right with us.Twenty minutes later, she was rearranging her schedule to squeeze in this client’s friend the next day. When it was time to pay, they charged us $90 because she is a “master” stylist. I have the confirmation email stating the $75 fee but she shrugged at me and charged what she wanted. My neighbor was fine with her cut but said she didn’t want to return. She said she put too much product in her hair and now she’d have a to wash it out.

  I had a great experience with Kat today! She gave me the cutest off shoulder Bob cut and was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend her!

  I had my second appointment with Anna today and I love her! She really listens to what I want after having many crappy experiences at other salons over the years. I highly recommend Twig as well as Anna individually. The vibe in the place is awesome and cozy high end without crazy high end prices!

  I recently visited Twig for a cut, semi-highlights, root touch-up, gloss, and a deep conditioning treatment—and the results are absolutely stunning. Tyler is truly a master of her craft; her skill level is second to none. Before finding Twig, my hair was dry and damaged from a poor experience at a previous salon.
