  Went in to get colored matched on foundation I got so much more the men that work at Sephora are hands down Amazing I got everything thing I needed & then some not only did he color match me perfectly he applied blush and contour I walked out slayed it's so beautiful I don't want to wash my face

  The workers just stand around drinking from Stanley cups and doing nothing. When approached, they are incredibly rude. This business will fail because of these characters.

  I never write reviews but I just left this location and am going to a different location, Both workers I encountered weren’t friendly. I did drop a body scrub when I first walked in, I was super embarrassed but obviously apologized. “Can you move for a second so I can clean it” While I was still was still obviously trying to screw the lid back on. The bottle was slippery so it took a second and as to why it fell out of my hands. It was just the dry tone that bothers me. I work in retail and a customer just spilt water a few days ago. My response was “It’s okay, I will clean it up! Thank you for letting me know!” and when she apologized I assured her accidents happen and to not worry about it. Second encounter with a worker was when I asked a worker for help she just looked at me and didn’t say anything, I asked her again looking at her in the face and she just nodded plainly. No smile no verbal response. Weirdest encounter ever here. I know I split a scrub when I walked in but I did apologize. Again I never write reviews but after the second encounter I left my items and the store. I’ve been to this location before and usually the associates are friendly and welcoming

  *Disappointed by the Rude and Dismissive Front Desk Staff* I usually enjoy shopping at Sephora, but my recent visit was incredibly frustrating. The girls at the front desk were very rude and dismissive. I had to repeat myself three times because they kept talking over me and not listening to what I was saying. It was clear they weren’t paying attention, and it made me feel both unwelcome and disrespected. I understand stores can get busy, but there’s no excuse for that kind of behavior toward customers. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. not the experience I expect from Sephora. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have a similar experience.
