  I thought maybe I just went on the wrong days. This is now my fourth time to this location every single time the customer service is nonexistent. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman in my early 50s or what but I’m never ask if I need help, I’m never greeted when I go to check out and pay my hard earned money. I’m not even faint. I think I’ve given this location enough chances to see if they wanted to earn my business. I wonder if this is how they treat all of Their customers or if it’s age specific would be very interested to know and mind you every single time I spend over two to $300

  Sarah Beth was so kind and helped me try different foundations on my face until we found just the right one that I liked. A 10 out of 10 recommend the Sephora. Everyone that works here is really nice.

  Went in to get colored matched on foundation I got so much more the men that work at Sephora are hands down Amazing I got everything thing I needed & then some not only did he color match me perfectly he applied blush and contour I walked out slayed it's so beautiful I don't want to wash my face

  The workers just stand around drinking from Stanley cups and doing nothing. When approached, they are incredibly rude. This business will fail because of these characters.

  I never write reviews but I just left this location and am going to a different location, Both workers I encountered weren’t friendly. I did drop a body scrub when I first walked in, I was super embarrassed but obviously apologized. “Can you move for a second so I can clean it” While I was still was still obviously trying to screw the lid back on. The bottle was slippery so it took a second and as to why it fell out of my hands. It was just the dry tone that bothers me. I work in retail and a customer just spilt water a few days ago. My response was “It’s okay, I will clean it up! Thank you for letting me know!” and when she apologized I assured her accidents happen and to not worry about it. Second encounter with a worker was when I asked a worker for help she just looked at me and didn’t say anything, I asked her again looking at her in the face and she just nodded plainly. No smile no verbal response. Weirdest encounter ever here. I know I split a scrub when I walked in but I did apologize. Again I never write reviews but after the second encounter I left my items and the store. I’ve been to this location before and usually the associates are friendly and welcoming
