But today I ordered an in-store pickup order I went to go pick it up 3 hours after I placed it. I received 2 emails saying it was ready and hour after I had placed it. I show up and it was not ready. I needed the product for something and I couldn’t go shop for it which is why I did an in-store pickup. The lady who helped me an older lady was not really professional about it. They still wanted me to wait so they could go to the back and look for it.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
