  I got a piercing 6 months ago, and I went to change out the earring yesterday and immediately it started bleeding, but I put the earring in so it didn’t close up and I went into one of the stud stores and she told me to basically put the old earring back and everything should be fine, even though it was hurting. So it came home I took the earring out and immediately my whole ear was bleeding. I spent a lot of money on this ear because I got the real diamond or the grown diamond or whatever and now I feel like I just wasted my money.. I will never go back there again.

  I visited Studs with the intention of getting a rook piercing, but the piercer advised against it due to my ear's anatomy, suggesting it would not be aesthetically pleasing. She then recommended a conch piercing as an alternative, which I am absolutely delighted with. Her professionalism and helpfulness were exceptional. It has been a full week since, and I have experienced no discomfort whatsoever; in fact, I occasionally forget it's there due to the complete absence of pain.

  10/10 for cleanliness which is the most important thing to me when getting a piercing. They have one time use needles here, and my piercer Lupe was kind, efficient, and made the process painless. 4/5 stars because the other girl in the front ( I didn’t catch her name) was very rude. She acted like I was a bother the entire time I was in the store and I felt unwelcome. I ultimately did my piercing here because I care about the cleanliness most of all, so there’s that.
