  03/31/26: Glad to reconnect with Sephora—they offer a wide variety of unique, high-quality products. I absolutely love the bareMinerals Original Loose Powder Foundation SPF 15 Golden Medium 14. I just learned it’s currently available online only, so I am grateful that as an Insider member, I still receive free standard shipping. Excellent service by Jocelyn and Jordan—they truly deserve special recognition. I especially appreciate Jocelyn’s quick intro and helpful guidance on the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencil. The ambiance is relaxing, and the space is clean and welcoming. Thank you, and God bless!

  If you’re looking to go to a Sephora, don’t go to this one. Find another one. I typically go to the Northridge Fashion center Sephora or I do online. The employees here were either talking to themselves or on their phones. I could not go down an aisle because an employee was on her phone blocking an aisle so I went around. She then has the audacity to just stand there and watch me while I’m trying to shop around. She made me very uncomfortable. I was having a conversation with my mother about the product I was considering and this employee butts into the conversation since she was just there staring us down. Lol. I really wanted to try this product out and was in the area so I purchased at the location but I honestly should had just left without purchasing. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience at this particular location. Sephora at Northridge has friendly employees who honestly want to help you out. They are cheerful and have smiles on their faces and don’t look at you like they are superior than you.

  I went into Sephora today looking to get matched for a contour/bronzer stick, the Merit concealer stick, and a setting powder, and Jocelyn, who's only been working there 2 months, absolutely blew me away. She was incredibly insightful, gave me multiple options, suggestions, and honest feedback, and truly listened to what I wanted. I told her I didn’t want to look orange or too bright under the eyes, and she matched me perfectly. She made the whole experience feel like I was getting help from a friend who genuinely cared about how everything looked on me. Jocelyn went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for her help. I’ll definitely be back thanks to her!
