From the moment she greeted me, Dakota was incredibly charismatic, friendly, and welcoming. She immediately made me feel comfortable and genuinely happy to be there. She was attentive without ever being pushy, super informative, and took the time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and somehow made the whole experience feel personal and special, like she truly cared and wasn’t just doing her job. Which is like, beyond customer service. What stood out the most was her energy. she was so upbeat, positive, and chipper in a way that felt completely sincere. Her joy was contagious, and it honestly made my day better. I can’t stress enough how rare and meaningful that kind of customer service is. I was so moved by Dakota’s impeccable service that I felt possessed to leave this review. She is an absolute gem, and Lush is lucky to have her. I will absolutely be coming back because of this experience.

Cynthia helped us out, she was super knowledgeable and was able to het us get something the she would enjoy. Cynthia was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to ensure the gift would be perfect for her. She was went as far as explaining the scents notes of all the items and what kind of a smell the over all product would have.with holidays being super stressful and hard to buy gifts. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and made the process super easy for us.
