People want to buy presents for their love ones. And your staff said there is a limit to buy particular item which is ridiculous. Asked about the gift with purchase RUDE staff told me to put it down. Wonder if they have a manner. My friends wanted to walk about and didn’t want to buy anything with staff’ attitude and rudeness. I said to them why let them bother you. Was there last two years before the renovation, staff were much much nicer. Having a RUDE staff will ruin your business.
