I did not have an issue but simply wanted what I requested for on my reservation. Massage was not good it felt too soft for me. Even though at other places a Swedish massage is the perfect amount of pressure. The curtain did not feel relaxing. The lights were on and I can hear the people coming in and out. When I was leaving the receptionist and massager asked if I was going to leave a tip. I said no and they asked why. Simply told them what I said on this review and they were really nice about it. Just wouldn’t recommend if you want to feel relaxed.

During checkout, the therapist pressured me for a larger tip. I had planned to leave $10, but she asked for more. When I declined, she added an extra $4 charge, claiming it was a “machine service fee,” which wasn’t true. Rather than argue, I paid and left, but overall the experience felt unprofessional and disappointing
