  A colleague recommended Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness, and I’m so glad I followed her advice. I went in for a consultation and decided to get Botox, and Nurse Allison did an excellent job explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable throughout. It was quick and painless, and just four days after my first Botox appointment I can already see a noticeable difference. I’ve already booked my next visit and highly recommend this place to anyone considering Botox or other aesthetic treatments.

  From the moment you walk in, the front office team is incredibly courteous, organized, and professional. The space feels welcoming and the entire experience is seamless. Eunsoo and Stephanie have ridiculously amazing customer service; they follow up with my care via text to check in on how everything went. Jenn is a sweetheart, so genuinely authentic. I had missed breakfast the day I went in so my was feeling a little fatigue; she offered a snack, made sure I was okay and comfortable. I almost don’t want to share my injector because she’s that good, but NP Ally deserves the praise. She’s patient, truly listens, and tailors everything to what you actually need. I never feel rushed or upsold - which was a really great! She explains the plan clearly and delivers results that match exactly what I envisioned. On top of that, she’s genuinely kind and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I had multiple sessions of BBL, C+B, facial balancing tox, & Juvederm. The price can seem a bit high but it’s ultimately NOT for the results and quality of care delivered. Highly recommend.
