While I was trying it out, the old sales lady who is white helped another lady that just came in who is white also and trying to also get the lip stain i'm trying out. Didn't even try to excuse herself and she didn't even help us coz we're asian?? And we went around the store coz they're hovering over us and we went back to see the color I tried, this old karen is looking at us like we're bothering them . I'm upset that Sephora hired this kind of employee . Hope the management can look at this matter.

My first two and last horrible shopping experience was when I came in with my dad to purchase a perfume that costed around 200 dollars. The male worker who helped us out had us waiting for 15 minutes and when we asked if they had another perfume similar in stock, he rolled his eyes and was smacking his gum irritably. I've recently came back to this store because I needed my shade swatched and a lot of the workers were so welcoming and helpful in giving me recommendations.
