  I live in sants Monica and visited my car dealership in Burbank. Found this Sephora location in the same shopping center as Ulta- score! This location has everything, including the Rhode skincare by Hailey Bibe (my go-to Sephora location in the Culver City mall does not carry it. The salespeople are great here, especially Govani and Alexis, who checked me out herself instead of letting me stand in the long line! Thank you, Alexis ! Here is my Sephora haul purchased here on F 21, 2026, at the BURBANK EMPIRE CENTER: Nars: afterglow liquid blush (not primed enough, may return it), and the Laguna powder bronzer Makeup Forever: Lip liners in shades of wherever walnut, daring candy, dramatic plum, sassy Rhubarb. Too Faced mascara (better than sex mascara), 2 travel-sized perfumes: The 7 Virtues Buttercream Haze, and the Klian Paris Love, Don't be shy, Patrick Ta Dual-ended blush brush, and lastly the Huas Labs liquid eyeliner.

  Staff is extremely selective at this location. We went in hoping to do a shade match but when we went in nobody greeted us or even bothered to help us.If only I looked rich maybe they would have helped us. All the employees are gathered up in the back just talking so we took it upon ourselves to shade match. There was an employee standing behind us just watching then she walked away. When we go to the cashier they both don’t want to be there where even one said “I don’t want to be here anymore” when she asked her coworker to call someone up to the register. Bad vibes, no costumer service.

  The service is awful. No help from the stuff even thought there were a lot of employees there. My friend had a back pain and just sit on the chair ( for people doing make up) nobody was doing the make up at that point. But there were a lady coming and told my friend to stand up !!! I mean was it harmful to sit there even for the store? letting alone the fact that I purchased there didn’t ask any favor was there as the client!! Or maybe because we were Asian and there is a discrimination!!! Worst experience with SEPHORA TODAY.

  The staff is extremely SELECTIVE on who they help. They just walk by you on their phones or talk to each other. But if they assume you have money you get great customer service. Just go in shade match and buy online. Dont even give them your money.

  1/28- girl with blonde hair and pretty lip combo was very sweet when a customer approached me in line rudely and accusing me of cutting her. She (Sephora worker) made sure I was okay first and asked about the situation and apologized. As a brown girl felt very seen! BY HER specifically
