- MKmarall kh1 day ago1.0This review is for an old lady who is the cashier at this location . She is so unprofessional and mistake the client as her family member. I was looking for a hair color and went to many different stores and unfortunately no one didn’t have it. Decided to check this loc as well. As soon as i walked in she said if you are not member then you can get to the store, i mentioned im not member however im looking for a specific color , if you guys have it then i will become member and provide the license info. But she said that I am not allow to step into store. I again mentioned that im not buying anything, just checking for a specific color. she become out of control, raised her hand up and pointed the door and told me get out of here. I was in shock. Asked her for her name and she said “my name is not your business “. I still cant believe such a behavior.if you dont have nerve then dont work. Go home and rest. I dont accept such a rude behavior and will escalate this situation to higher position.

I have shopped here for many years and have always had an amazing experience and the best service. The employees in this location have been there for many years and are very knowledgeable. I own my Salon and thank them for keeping it professional and protecting our industry.

I rarely go because of that and only to get one product if I have too… the other salon centric that I been have been great experience just Burbank was a bad vive

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
