Everyone in the building (staff and employees) were masked up, but she refused. Attempted to tell her what I specifically wanted in length, but proceeded to be continually cut off, her reassuring she knows what she’s doing. After 45 min into the cut, I was better her to stop as she kept attempting to fix her mistakes, only going to make it shorter. My hair was 4.5 inches long, now it varies from a 1-1.5 and sticks completely up all the way around my head. When you’re begging the manager for a different barber, then for her to stop, and absolutely no recognition, there’s deeper issues here.
