Then the lady (Jennifer) who took us had no exp of dealing with customers, she was rude, I was giving her description of what type of haircut and she literally walked away while I was still talking. I was dumbfounded that she actually walked away to the back while I was standing there talking. When she got back and I confronted her about how rude it was what she did, Jennifer replied " well I already got what type of haircut you need", really!!!! Reverse the roles how the hell would you feel if I gave you that type of customer service. My family and I are never coming back to this place just for the fact of what type of treatment we got as customers. Sad part is the haircut was great but I believe in service especially when I was respectful and nice and did not deserve this from her. Maybe she is nice to only certain type of ppl and myself and my family didn't fit the criteria. Horrible customer service....
