I just wanted to exchange a shampoo that did not have the desired effect (no refund) and they strictly refused to do so. They accused me of not having an account, lack of receipt, they even made me swipe my card, etc. In vain I explained that as a senior I don't usually have store accounts, that I need to educate myself for it. Anyway, the two most insensitive people I met in that store and who are managers were Samy and Taijtiani, who even refused to give her name; when she knew that I was going to expose my experience to public opinion. Seeing the attitude of these people, one understands why these places fail and close; It's better online.
