  The workers are so unprofessional there it was a big line of clients and they wouldn’t hurry and the lady accidentally keep throwing the perfume on the floor and she keeps dropping things and she has to be careful and then she give dirty looks

  03/24/25 7pm, the associate handling the Sephora counter was extremely unprofessional. There was a line of people waiting to check out, but she was spending the entire time helping someone else find some sort of perfume. That’s fine, but you need to handle the customers at the register and then come back to the customer who has no idea what they wanna do. This associate needs training in customer service. it’s completely unprofessional to leave a line of people standing there. I left without making a purchase and they’re losing money. For a struggling business, That kind of behavior is deplorable.

  My experience at this place was very unpleasant. I just wanted to exchange a shampoo that did not have the desired effect (no refund) and they strictly refused to do so. They accused me of not having an account, lack of receipt, they even made me swipe my card, etc. In vain I explained that as a senior I don't usually have store accounts, that I need to educate myself for it. Anyway, the two most insensitive people I met in that store and who are managers were Samy and Taijtiani, who even refused to give her name; when she knew that I was going to expose my experience to public opinion. Seeing the attitude of these people, one understands why these places fail and close; It's better online.

  Because of known current situations of thieves getting out of control targeting retail stores, it's NOT acceptable to ask a minor with only a $25 item in her hand if she'll pay for her item and if she had anything in her pockets. Unacceptable to " Target" my daughter because of her age and look. An employee scared my daughter and asked her rudely if he was going to pay for her item and if she had anything in her pockets. Please train these individuals better in how to approach customers and use proper language. Since this sephora is inside a kohls, I was doing my shopping , which took me like an hour, she was looking Inside sephora during that time. That accident of my daughter feeling awkward happened an hour ago.

  Janice is such a sweetheart, she recommended some bomb stuff that totally cleared up my acne..she really knows her stuff!!!!! She took her time to explain a ton of products to me and I really like this location now thank you!!
