- ECE CastilloDec 29, 20255.0I was greatly impressed by the service and store appearance, especially given that we are just days after Xmas. We visited the store 2 times in 3 days, and each staff member we approached with questions was knowledgeable and friendly. Kim, Christopher, and Steph, went well beyond expectations, helping us, answering questions, and making suggestions. To top it all off, we accidentally left a wallet on the counter, Kim found and saved it for us. So of course, we decided to shop just a little more as a means to show our appreciation.

Just ignored me, she was very unfriendly and unhelpful despite me looking around for products this morning. Two other associates one with pretty black eyeglass and another one with long straight black hair with a Christmas headband latina did approached me and offer me a shopping basket and ask if I needed help with a product or if I had questions, two stars since there was only two friendly and helpful associates today!!!

My appointment was with a makeup artist named Hayleigh W., and the results were not what I expected at all. I ended up going home, washing everything off, and redoing my makeup myself in a rush because I had a special event to go to within the hour. I personally would not recommend this place based on my experience. I’m also not sure whether I can request a refund for the service.
