    Went in for one item, never again. I was looking for an item that appeared to be sold out and asked an associate who was previously conversing with another employee. Initially, she seemed willing to help, but as more minutes went on of standing around, I began to realize that I wasn’t her priority. Her conversations with the employees is. The employees at this location seem to be more absorbed in their conversations amongst each other than helping the guests, even during their busier foot traffic times. I can understand when you talk to your coworkers from time to time, but when it’s extremely busy and even your supervisor (or what I assume, considering how everyone’s demeanor changed when they appeared) has to go up to me after waiting nearly 15 minutes after you have said that “you will let me know” is upsetting. I’m so glad they came up to me as I was able to find out that the associates in the back weren’t able to find the item minutes ago and that original associate who failed to help me just didn’t care to tell me the information. There’s another person who’s talked about that same associate in their review. The employee with the blonde highlights. I feel as if this should be a sign to focus on what their work ethic truly is. I was happy with their extensive inventory and the small number of actual good employees, but even if this is the closest Sephora I live near, I would rather take the time to drive to another location. It would be worth it.

    I was waiting for my appointment which was at 6:40, I walked into Sephora at 6:19, when I walked in a wasn’t greeted at all. Multiple employee saw me try on foundations where I was trying to skin match myself and nobody offered to come and help. I was literally skin matching on my own in front of the employees (whom were having side conversations about boyfriends and not other work related things) worst customer service ever

    I was greatly impressed by the service and store appearance, especially given that we are just days after Xmas. We visited the store 2 times in 3 days, and each staff member we approached with questions was knowledgeable and friendly. Kim, Christopher, and Steph, went well beyond expectations, helping us, answering questions, and making suggestions. To top it all off, we accidentally left a wallet on the counter, Kim found and saved it for us. So of course, we decided to shop just a little more as a means to show our appreciation.

    Been to many Sephoras and this one had the worst customer service. Went to pick an online order since they were the only store that had the product, had some questions but they weren’t helping at all.

    I came to Sephora today 12/06 and Sephora associate with blonde highlights and curls, latina like in her 30’s pass by me like twice and not a single time offer me help or said Hi! Just ignored me, she was very unfriendly and unhelpful despite me looking around for products this morning. Two other associates one with pretty black eyeglass and another one with long straight black hair with a Christmas headband latina did approached me and offer me a shopping basket and ask if I needed help with a product or if I had questions, two stars since there was only two friendly and helpful associates today!!!
