- LLLisaNov 29, 20251.0This is the worst MAC store I have been to. The staff were rude and not helpful. I would rather drive an hour to the MAC in South Coast Plaza than come here again. They gave different information to different people which felt very unfair. When I asked for a color match they just handed me the product and told me to do it myself. My friend was asked to pick a lipstick color for the Black Friday gift but they did not ask me. The whole experience made me feel unwelcomed. Very disappointing!

The color was perfect for me and she was great at multi tasking . I saw her help 3 people at the same time and each interaction remained authentic and personal . Appreciate her tons . She had long blonde hair . Thank you !
