Originally booked a more expensive treatment but the stylist Adriana recommended something more custom to what she needed, which was cheaper than I expected, and much better results,I almost thought she had colored her hair without me when I came back to pick her up that's how different it was,will be booking a similar experience for myself next month. Adriana your the best!
- KMKimberly McAninchDec 6, 20251.0I went to the salon for a haircut and I should have just left before the stylist (Suzy) even touched my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she not only did not give me the style I asked for, she cut it different lengths on each side and did one layer without blending and only on one side. Then she kept burning my head with the blow dryer and when I told her I didn't like something she ignored me. I thought I liked it because she put so much product in my hair I couldn't see how bad the cut was until I got home and washed it. The whole experience was honestly terrible. Now it is so short I won't be able to fix it for months. I am disgusted.

She kept leaving to do other things, then ruined my hair doing something to give her a huge knot and then wanted her to cut my hair my mom didn’t want to my mom don’t have much hair so much hair fell out with what she did she quoted my mom 145 and charged her 245 worst experience of her life her dad just died and she wanted to have just nice hair for the funeral and the manager didn’t do nothing eithermy mom left hours later and she now have to figure out what to do with her hair now because it’s falling out in handfuls
