  Made an appointment for my mother in law for her birthday,a cut and rejuvenating treatment. Extremely satisfied! Originally booked a more expensive treatment but the stylist Adriana recommended something more custom to what she needed, which was cheaper than I expected, and much better results,I almost thought she had colored her hair without me when I came back to pick her up that's how different it was,will be booking a similar experience for myself next month. Adriana your the best!

  I went to the salon for a haircut and I should have just left before the stylist (Suzy) even touched my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she not only did not give me the style I asked for, she cut it different lengths on each side and did one layer without blending and only on one side. Then she kept burning my head with the blow dryer and when I told her I didn't like something she ignored me. I thought I liked it because she put so much product in my hair I couldn't see how bad the cut was until I got home and washed it. The whole experience was honestly terrible. Now it is so short I won't be able to fix it for months. I am disgusted.

  Went in for a haircut, asked if they were open, the girl told me yes, waited for like 30 min, just for her to come out and tell me they’re booked for the rest of the day. One star. Don’t do that with peoples time.

  My hairstylist Lin is amazing!! I am always impressed by how thorough her work is and I am always satisfied with the results. She does an amazing job at threading eyebrows and haircuts, I highly recommend her!

  Extremely unprofessional! All I wanted was a hair trim. The lady at the counter said she couldn’t help me out because it was too late. She said they closed at 8pm mind you it was 7:25 when I arrived. She said the cleaning lady was already cleaning up the salon and she didn’t want to leave a mess. I understand you don’t want to make a mess for the cleaning lady but your services should be available until 8pm. This is the second time I come and they don’t want to help me out.
