  Joanne at Hairoots is amazing. My 10 year old daughter had several matted hair I'd been trying to get out for months. Finally got her to agree to get a specialty hair cut to get out the matting. A friend referred me to Joanne and I'm so glad she did. Joanne worked tirelessly for hours on my daughter's hair working to detangled as much as possible before cutting. Joanne really understood what we were going thru and how important it was to salvage as much of my daughter's hair as possible. She set aside her whole Saturday to work on my daughter's hair and stayed late to give her hair the attention it needed. We're so thankful for Joanna. Really appreciate all the time and care she gave us.

  I have gone to Hairoots Hair Replacement for over 30 years. Joanne is a miracle worker with hair and hair replacement. She has helped me not to be embarrassed with my hair lost and gave me options to add hair and look normal. She is great support for me.

  I first met Joanne during the shutdown on Link In. She was offing virtual training for free! I attended every class and quickly knew she was “the real deal”. Her passion and knowledge truly impressed me. As soon as I could I began studying under her! She is what’s needed in our industry! I am proud to call her my mentor!

  I sublet from JoAnn for over 5 years and she cheated me out of my deposit and a months rent. We had a contract and she broke it, lied to me about returning my deposit and gave me 3 days to move out. She rented a new place the month before she told me to move, took my rent on the first of the next month, after she had a new place, a few days after taking my rent she told me that she was moving and that I had 3 days to get out. The owner of the building did not know of my sublet contract. I discovered after that because I has been there for over 5 years, I had rights to stay. I packed up my business and did what she asked, stupidly expecting her to keep her word! She never intended to! JoAnn told me not to worry because she was giving me my deposit back. When she whispered it to me in the shop, I should have known that she had no intention of giving it back to me. Lejai, pronounced Leway, was not far from us and I thought that she was being descreet about business. Now I know that she didn't want anyone to witness this. We have been to lunch after the move, I loaned her my tent and have been in friendly contact. While renting from her, she has sold me products from Aveeda that were not supposed to be sold to customers and other products that were for Salons only and only told me when the rep was there. so I that I wouldn't say anything. Should have known and Guess she lied to them also! There hasn't been problems with our relationship, except now I know that she cannot be trusted in any way. She looked me in face and lied. Broke the contract and stabbed me in the back. I should have taken her to court! Beware of doing business with her!
