  I’ve been waiting months to get a haircut so I can do a certain style, Usually, it always comes out good and I couldn’t wait on my usual person because I had school and my schedule is always tight to get a haircut but I’ve never received a bad haircut like I did yesterday. I booked/checked in yesterday for a haircut two hours before my class started. I was kind of in a rush When I got out because the wait was a little long Which is fine. I showed her an example of how I usually get my haircut And I was a little descriptive of how I wanted it to come out. Showed the same photo I usually show others and It went completely the opposite. I got a Weird mullet And I didn’t really get the proper steps of a taper on the side because they just did a zero on my side and that’s it from what I saw, didn’t really blend like usually or not that I seen but usually you know … I knew something was a little off. yes, I know you Have to style it From the top and the sides, which I’ve done And it looks completely different from when I I usually get it. Maybe I thought it was me but once I came into class a lot of my fellow colleagues mentioned if I cut my hair myself because the sides looked really bad And harsh. I don’t usually do reviews, but this one I felt like I had to because not only am I upset about the months of waiting for the perfect length to get it cut the way I wanted but I have to wear a hat to cover it and now I have to spend money for another haircut so That it can be fixed.

  They never take the coupons offered. Too quick and pricey for the quality. I’ve had to take my son back several times to correct a crooked and uneven cut.

  The assistant manager Jasmine here is amazing. Super welcoming, easy to talk to, and very skilled. They made sure I left with a clean cut and a great experience overall. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the haircut and the customer. Highly recommend this location.

  Had a great experience at this Great Clips location. The assistant manager Jasmine was extremely professional, friendly, and made sure my haircut was exactly what I wanted. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. You can tell they really care about customer service and running the store well. Definitely coming back.

  Thank you Manuela for always giving me the best haircut. Whenever Manuela is there I make sure to get her as my hair stylist. 10/10 would recommend.
