I came in looking for a specific bronzer/contour stick and had asked an employee for help. I swatched all the shades on my hand since i couldn’t see the colors on the packaging. I then asked her for help on which shade would be best for me and immediately goes “those are too dark” pointing at the two darkest shades, which one looked way too dark but the other one looked like it could work for my medium tan skin tone. she made it seem like i was trying to get the darkest shade and tried to suggest the lightest one when i knew for a fact the lightest shade wasn't gonna go well with my skin tone. she then takes the medium shade and goes “that one even looks to dark for you” when i knew that one was not “too dark” for me and could possibly be the best choice. Then she makes me take them all off my hand and swatches them herself. She then swatches the medium one, where she previously said it still looked too dark for me, and goes “yes that’s the one”. there wasn’t any of that shade in stock so she tells me that I can order it online and pick it up in store when it comes in. I then leave and order online and within 20 minutes it tells me that it’s ready for pickup. so she had me leave and order the shade online just for us to come back when we had already went home for a shade that was supposedly out of stock. I didn’t get a look at her name but she had short hair and glasses.

Careful buying from sephora. If you are not satisfied or change your mind with the item, they will not give you any type of credit. They will say after 30 days it's lost and not in the system, even with a receipt. Careful with holidays around the corner for gifts. Ulta all the way now, with 60 day return policy

everytime I interact with this store this older lady has the rudest attitude and unfortunately it’s every time I go. She’s made condescending comments to my sister at the store in front of another customer at check out !! How unprofessional.
