So yesterday, she went back to inquire with the receipt. Sadly, this cashier (young, smallish black gal) was extremely rude and cold!! Just brushed my daughter off saying “sold out!!” - in the short encounter, not a single smile or eye contact or apologies or offering to check on ETA. I know most stores have friendly staff but I’m just so disappointed in the this particular one. How did the store manager hire and train them??? I’d rather shop at Metrotown and Brentwood going forward!! Not wasting another penny to get BS attitudes of that gal if she is still around!!
