  They are always out of stock in birthday gifts! Today they told me they have no items for birthday gifts?! How is it possible!! They even didn't know when they would get charge! Last year they didn't have my favorite pack too and I went to downtown to receive my gift !

  I had a wonderful experience at Sephora last friday. Laura P was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. As a fellow Colombian, it was especially nice to connect with her, but what stood out most was her professionalism and genuine desire to help. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and recommended products that were a great fit for me. I left excited to try my new products and truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you for such a positive experience!

  I stopped by the store to find a red lipstick today, and Maddy came over and asked just the right questions to figure out exactly what I was looking for.   I had a wonderful experience with Mandi at Sephora in Park Royal. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my skin type and carefully recommended products that would work best for me. I purchased a powder cream and a foundation, and she selected an Estée Lauder foundation that matched my skin perfectly.
