Stopped in today and the cashier was incredibly rude. Her name was Nilou, should management need more clarification. I simply asked to see the birthday rewards and she was so rude and practically threw them on the counter. She rolled her eyes at me and made a snarky comment about not being able to hear me. Train your staff better. It isn’t difficult to be nice. I was nothing but kind and asked a very simple question because I couldn’t read the boxes from afar. After reading more reviews it seems that this is unfortunately a common issue here - very rude and untrained staff. I’ll never go back to this location.

I have been visiting this Sephora for many years and I’ve typically always had a great experience. However today I had an unpleasant experience while at the checkout counter. I purchased a deodorant that I left in my car overnight (which I have done multiple times), and today I went to go use it and it had completely melted into nothing. This was very confusing as I’ve never had this happen before, and also disappointing as I love this product and don’t think it’s justifiable for a product to melt with no form of warning or anything to state that this shouldn’t be left in a hot environment. It’s also a $30 deodorant so I feel it’s fair to be disappointed by the product melting. I was not mad or irritated at the employee, and was being very nice, honest and fair about the issue I encountered with this product that I have been using for everyday for months. She asked me if I purchased it in the last 30 days and that if I had she could do something to help me. However it was actually a Christmas gift and I have only just recently opened it, so it is fairly new. My question is why can something be done if it was within 30 days and not more. I understand that it’s a policy, but to me it’s less about a policy and more about a product malfunction. So if it melted within 30 days, it’s fine, but if it was more than that, it’s not? When I continued to explain that I do not feel this is a justifiable reason to not be able to give me a replacement (just because it wasn’t within 30 days), she responded by saying that “she doesn’t leave her products in her car”… not sure how that is relevant or how it has anything to do with the product that I had an issue with — it was very dismissive. She then proceeded to type on her computer while saying “I’m not supposed to help you but I will today”. As someone who works full time in the customer service industry, our jobs are to help customers. I understand that it may not be the policy, but there is absolutely no need to say that to my face. Not matter who I am, the product issue, the frequency that I shop there… her job is to help and to make the customer feel seen and understood. There was no “I understand this is disappointing” or “I’m so sorry that happened”. It was straight to the point and offhand like she didn’t want to even talk to me or make me feel understood, and simply stated what SHE does in her personal life with her products which is completely unprofessional especially when it is irrelevant to what I DO with my products. I of course will avoid leaving such a product in my car or in a high heat environment, but the comparison of how she stores her products was extremely unnecessary. At the end of the day she did provide me with a return which I exclaimed I was very appreciative for. I hardly ever have issues with products and I never really speak up about it if I do — but when I did, I had a very unfortunate experience that makes me feel hesitant about doing so in the future.

By far the worst Sephora location. I’ve had more negative experiences here than positive ones. This time, I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was in the store. I’m not sure if it was intentional or not, but I felt like I was being watched. The security guard kept circling, and multiple employees were checking in on me. What bothered me most is the inconsistency. When I come in dressed up with makeup on, I’m usually left alone and no one offers help. However, when I come in dressed more casually, there’s suddenly a noticeable increase in attention. I shouldn’t feel like I have to look a certain way just to shop comfortably. To be fair, there are a few kind employees here, but the majority come across as dismissive, uninterested, and at times, outright rude. Overall, this location does not feel welcoming, which is disappointing for a place that’s supposed to promote beauty and confidence.

I use to love this Sephora location but recently it has gone down hill. The last few times I went I kept thinking of how messy it looked: tissues on the floor, make up smudged on the displays, bites taken out of lipstick testers and whole testing stations just knocked over. I went again yesterday to pick up some lipgloss and moisturizer and saw the mess unfold first hand. The influx of kids, with and without parental supervision, just destroying everything was insane. One maybe 10 year old was acting like a blush cream was slime and she stuck her fingers in it to play with it and then wiped her fingers on the display to clean them. While she did that, her friend was spraying perfume on the display to smell it. Left that aisle to see other kids using the tester lipglosses with tester applicators not the disposable ones and dropping the tissues on the ground. Maybe morning is the time to go when they’re all at school 🤷🏻‍♀️
