  update: Aug 2026: back to awesome, a few times in a row now. Thank goodness. Nov 2025: Sometimes awesome, sometimes awful service. Recent visits have been good, but this week they closed HALF AN HOUR earlier than their posted hours. I arrived at 6:30 to pick up items and was waved away by the clerk behind a locked door. Website and sign said "open until 7pm". I get personnel shouldn't work past their paid hours, so pay them for the half hour that closing takes.

  Needed MAJOR help revamping my entire hair routine for 3A curly hair. Was given samples, education, fresh caffeine free house blend tea, and samples, and hand written instructions so that if it works out, I'll buy the right products to suit my needs. Thank you Aveda!

  I had a free mini facial by Essa, Tanya was also very helpful and supportive. I had gone to a different Aveda and wasn’t treated very warmly but these two really changed my experience. They are so positive and lovely. I loved the products and am looking forward to increasing my usage as they feel clean, healthy and beautiful. Thanks 💗
