- TRTHE HONEST REVIEWERSep 6, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience at lush today. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I felt so welcomed by Bjork! Her customer service skills are amazing! Originally I came in for bathbombs but she showed me so many additional products I will be purchasing in the future. She introduced me to different massage bars that left my hands soo soft afterwards and a very nice exfoliant/moisturizing bar that I will 100% be back for! I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy anything and felt very comfortable being in the store. It was such a relaxing feeling with genuine help! I recommend seeing Bjork for all your lush needs! She is a wonderful friendly employee! Thanks again for such a great experience. I will be back!!
