    The "Honey I Washed The Kids" soap bar have such a hilarious name, yet the scent is precisely what I am looking for. The smell of coffee with a after scent of sweetness is what made this product excellent! The store was so organize and neat to find everything I want, but more importantly, I want to thank Jo for tolerating me for such a disastrous shopping habit of mine, and help me find that product! I kept looking around the entire store because I was so so so indecisive about everything (everything was so amazing and I could not decide which was the best item), me and my friend looped around the store so many times, and Jo patiently walked with us and explaining everything with the best attitude ever! Not only that, she was also very passionate about her job, and gave us our biggest smile for our shopping experience!

    What a great LUSH store! Ella personally helped me with two gift boxes for my friends (and a little something for myself). She recommended a few products and asked many questions about what they might like. Together, we built the PERFECT gift boxes. Thank you, Ella! I hope to see you again sometime soon!!

    What a great shopping experience! A staff there name Esther had been really helpful and explained the products clearly. She is patient but also passion as i kept asking her lots of questions. She answered all my questions one by one and also giving me advice about what is better to be a gift for others. With no doubt that this store is one of the best stores that i had visited in Victoria.

    I went into Lush on Government street on the evening of July the 18th and was helped by an absolutely lovely sales representative named Anu. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and with the sweetest disposition. I could shop at any of the other locations but I will return to this one next week to do some shopping only because of the excellent service I received from the lovely Anu.

    Had an amazing experience today with Bjork at the Government Street Lush location. She walked me through steps and demonstrated how to apply massage bars and lotions and shared amazing knowledge regarding the products she recommended!! She is AMAZING and so so so SWEET!!! highly recommended place filled with amazing and sweet workers who are willing to help in every way possible! :-)
