Staff are not friendly, unhelpful, incompetent, and borderline malicious. Cannot in good faith support this brand anymore, at the very least not from the Mayfair location.

Their knowledge of the products was super impressive—they not only explained the benefits clearly but also gave me thoughtful recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. Jasnoor was extremely warm, professional, and made me feel completely taken care of, while Miriam added such a kind and personal touch to the whole experience. Also both of them are super fun to talk to! It’s rare to come across staff who are this genuinely passionate about what they do, and it really shows in how effortlessly they guide you. Thanks to them,I felt so comfortable and seen! Truly outstanding service—I’ll definitely be coming back because of Jasnoor and Miriam! 😇
