I’ve been popping into this location for regular restocks/pickups since it opened, and have always had great experiences. Today, I popped in to top up a couple of my regular products- Jayden commented on a product I had picked up, which led to me asking for some additional product recommendations. Jayden couldn’t have been more helpful- outlining some products in my current lineup that may not be working the best for me, and suggesting some products/brands I had never tried before. Jayden’s level of knowledge and kind approach made this experience feel more like shopping with a friend (in the best way), than a conventionally pushy sales experience- something SO rare in the West 4th retail environment. Keep up the killer work, West 4th! Your team is doing a phenomenal job managing a new store concept in such a busy location.

I recently stopped by to restock on some of my favorite beauty products, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Marycarmen, who was incredibly sweet and helpful. I enjoyed my shopping experience because od her! I'll definitely look for again her on my next visit.

A fantastic new addition to 4th Avenue! It seems like a smaller "express" style store compared to the larger downtown ones, but it packs in all the essential brands. It's much more convenient than traveling downtown, especially since I usually avoid Pacific Centre due to poor service. By contrast, this location is relaxed, non-judgmental, and exceptionally customer-focused. The staff are laid-back yet super efficient for a fast shopping experience. One of the best locations yet!

This is a small but very nice location with way too many sales associates. Last weekend I walked in the store and within 5 minutes I was asked by 6 different sales associates if I needed help with anything , I call this harassment , I turned around and left the store . Please teach your associates the difference in being helpful and being annoying !
