  I had such a great experience with Cerin. She was so helpful and patient while helping me find the perfect hair mist. She also took the time to explain different products that could help with my hyperpigmentation concerns, which I really appreciated. She was knowledgeable, kind, and never made me feel rushed. Thank you, Cerin, for making my shopping experience so easy and pleasant! 💕

  Didn’t have a great experience. I live up in Whistler so when I come to Sephora I like to spend my money as I live in a mountain town. My boyfriend bought me the wrong shade foundation a few weeks ago from Nars. I came to Sephora with the package unopened (no receipt as men loose receipts) and kindly asked if I could swap it for the right shade same foundation etc. They rejected this offer, I told them I’ve come up from Whistler and I don’t have any other way to exchange this product. I’m a very loyal customer and spent allot of money on Sephora and love coming down a few times a year to splurge on my favourite products. Very disappointed in this, I understand there wasn’t a receipt, I work in retail and I know there are things that can be done. This was completely unopened and brand new. I won’t be using Sephora's services again, you do not have my loyalty.

  Came here to get my birthday gift and was given a rude stare as if I was being judged when I asked for it and she didn’t even offer me a bag for the things I bought. Very rude and rushed interaction.

  Stopped by today on a whim, Daniel was so lovely greeting customers coming in at the door. I was helped by a MAC rep today - unfortunately didn't get her name but she was also wonderful and helpful! Very good vibes from the staff at this location.

  I had such a great experience at Sephora! Lindsay was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand my skin type before recommending products that would actually suit me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Thanks to her recommendations, I felt confident in my purchases. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and Lindsay made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
