She made sure to be unprofessional, and annoying with me as the customer. We got into an argument and that made me leave the store very upset and disappointed.

They ask me to pay using device mobile and my debit card is approved and she told the devices is not working and she ask me to pay again to the cashier. Even I show it to them I already got charge. And I coming the next day asking for refund the manager said we only received one payment. Manager lack of knowledge and didn't take responsibility charging customer twice.

I stopped by to quickly purchase a single item and approached the express checkout counter, as I was in a bit of a rush. When I asked about using express checkout, the staff member told me I would need to go back and wait in the regular line, as she needed to assist customers already there first. This was confusing to me, as in the past, I’ve often been approached and offered express checkout before even lining up. It made me feel like the service was inconsistent, or perhaps I misunderstood how the process works. Either way, the experience was frustrating enough that I decided not to make my purchase in-store and will shop online instead.
