  Came in looking for a foundation because I was in a pinch to get ready for work. Needed something long lasting throughout the work day and had the pleasure of being served by Mehnaj. She gave me great recommendations, shade matched me perfectly, gave me some hair care recommendations too. She made a really stressful situation into such a pleasant and memorable experience. I was in and out with the exact product I needed in less than 30 minutes. Shout outs to her and I look forward to always coming back to this location for all my makeup needs. Thanks Mehnaj!

  I got a makeup lesson from Kishauna. She is very talented. She showed me how to do an everyday makeup no-makeup look and let me practice on one side of my face . She also helped me to pick products afterwards and to choose right products for my skin tone . She is the best 💕

  I came to this Sephora because it’s conveniently located near my bus stop. As someone who has worked in cosmetic retail for five years, I was honestly surprised by the level of customer service I experienced. I lined up at the express checkout behind another customer. I’ve been checked out there before, so I didn’t think anything of it, especially since only one person was on the main tills while another cashier was occupied with what looked like a lengthy return. I waited in line for about 10 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I walked up, smiled, and said, “Hi.” Instead of greeting me back, the cashier abruptly pointed to the other line and said quite harshly, “The line is over there.” And walked away from me. If I was in the wrong line, that’s completely fine—but it was the tone and delivery that caught me off guard. What was even more frustrating was that she had watched me stand there for 10 minutes without saying anything. It would have been much more considerate to let me know as soon as she noticed I was waiting in the wrong place. I completely understand that retail can be stressful and everyone has off days—I know that firsthand. But kindness and basic communication go a long way. Unfortunately, after already waiting 10 minutes and needing to catch my bus, I left my product behind and walked out rather than start over at the back of another line. I hope this location can work on customer service and communication, as this experience was really disappointing.

  The woman with long hair whose name ends with “ta” made the start of my day absolutely miserable. Since I was wearing earphones and listening to music, I didn’t hear everything clearly, but instead of trying again, she sighed loudly right in my face, which made me feel very uncomfortable. She never asked whether I needed a shopping bag, and before I had even finished my purchase or walked away, she had already turned to the next white customer with a warm smile and a completely different attitude. I couldn’t help but wonder if I was being treated differently because of my race. We’re both Asian, which made the experience even more disappointing. I will never shop at this store again. I honestly hope she stays here for a long time, because that means I’ll never have to run into her somewhere else. Thank you for giving me the worst start to my weekend. I hope you’re happy.
