They've redeemed the brand in my eyes, especially Jasmine, who helped me pick out makeup for my niece who has a darker skin tone than me and I wasn't sure what would work for her. She was kind and honest and informative and I never felt judged like so many of the US stores. The ladies in the hair section and the one at the check out counter were also so lovely, so sorry I didn't get their names. THIS is how you run a store, THIS is how you treat women trying to feel beautiful and THIS is how you get them to come back! Wonderful team!
