  I witnessed a terrifying interaction at this location a couple days ago while shopping in store. An employee behind the counter was belligerently raising her voice at a customer and gesturing erratically. I’m not sure of the full interaction, but there was definitely a scene. This is a pretty high end mall, Sephora at this location really sticks out here, like a Jerry Springer set.

  Really appalled by the rude manager, Sara and her lack of customer service last Sunday. I was shopping and saw a girl who was processing a refund that needed a manager’s approval. Sara stepped in and was immediately rude to the customer. The customer was kind up until Sara gave her a hard time and threatened multiple times to withhold her refund and not help her. She even threatened mall security for no reason at all! The wildest issue was she ripped this customer’s store credit because Sara herself didn’t offer them a pen to sign and freaked out when one was requested. I live close to this location but I will rather shop elsewhere. Definitely put all my products away after this. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was such disgusting behaviour.

  Bonnie is truly a gem and really listens to what you are looking for (e.g., preferences, concerns). I would also like to acknowledge Angela too for providing fab recommendations whilst checking out. Both Bonnie and Angela are incredibly valuable to this store. A big thank you to them both.

  Very disappointing experience. I purchased a Prada Paradoxe fragrance and a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick duo, but unlike every other Sephora I’ve shopped at, I wasn’t offered any free samples. When I asked, the cashier incorrectly told me that samples are only for new customers. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel unwelcome. I also left feeling that I was treated differently because of my race. This was by far the worst Sephora experience I’ve had.

  The staff Aurora were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me choose the right products for my skin. Thank you for the wonderful service!
