  Alright, I’m not gonna lie, I can’t see a single difference after I use their eye pads, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying them fully. Sometimes a ritual built around scent, texture and sensation does more than any feather or frock and apparently they DO sell that sort of thing in a shop (turns out I’m a poet too!)

  Daughter and I had facials this last weekend and I am beyond happy that you are expanding into treatments. I have been in love with these products for decades and I'm willing to try anything Lush puts out. Looking forward to more! Service, staff, aesthetic...everything was exquisite.

  This was my first spa and massage experience, and I’m really glad it was with Lush. I’ve been a fan of their products since I was in middle school. My masseuse was Kyle, and he was very sweet. I felt really safe in his care. I got “the good hour,” and they let me choose between a variety of massage bars to use. I chose “deep sleep” to focus on relaxation while also soothing my muscles. Everything was magical, and dry ice wafted from below the massage table. My only critique is that I only had 2 options for music: uplifting or relaxing sea shanties. Given my preconceived notions of sea shanties, I chose relaxing. Only, the relaxing sea shanties still had lyrics/vocals, and I don’t find sea shanties to be very relaxing. I would’ve much preferred just simple nature sounds or sounds of the ocean. Just a personal preference, but if sea shanties are your forte, I think you’ll really appreciate the effort that went into writing and recording these original songs. I didn’t know Lush made music, but they do :)

  I had the Validation facial treatment at Lush Spa in Vancouver with Kate, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Kate was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive. She took the time to understand my skin and carefully explained each product she would use throughout the treatment. I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. The facial itself was wonderful, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend both Kate and the Validation facial to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and thoughtful skincare treatment.

  I had an amazing experience at the Robson Lush store and spa. From the sales rep who really knew her stuff (and I wish I had grabbed her name for this! Grr) to Kate the massage therapist. This was my 1st massage ever and I was nervous but they made me feel so comfortable and safe and explained everything so well. I can't wait to go again. I got to pick my massage bar and scent, there was an amazing atmosphere in and room with scented air and relaxing lights. Even the little kitchen waiting area was so pretty and calm. It all ended with a prepared tea and cookie. I definitely recommend this location for all Lush shopping but especially for Kate and the lush staff.
