  I had the best experience today ever with Curt! I have not shopped in lush for a few years and gave it another try, and because of my experience with Curt — I have decided that I will become a customer again. Curt was able to make me love lush again and was quickly able to understand my tastes and prefences. This was such a lovely experience and I’m so happy I decide to walk into lush today. Thank you so much!

  Rua and Bella are such lovely people! Popped in to pick up regular product and stayed for probably over 20 minutes chatting and hearing about some other products to try out. Great energy from the both of them and extremely helpful !!

  FABULOUS. SO GRATEFUL THAT ALICE SUGGESTED THE LUSH SPA . THE GOOD HOUR exceeded expectations. Kate , the therapist , has a tremendous fund of knowledge about the holistic benefits of massage therapy. Her technique is impeccable !! Kate explained the entire process from ambiance, options for massage bars, the treatment itself, the aura of the room and the music to be chosen. Even if you are experienced with massage therapy, one feels very vulnerable as the process begins. The approach at the Lush Spa alleviated fears and vulnerabilities because Kate took precious time to explain the workflow. The initial intake was thorough and this made me feel welcomed : Kate listened to my somatic complaints and her response was an incredibly healing massage experience. This is a very individual, kind, attentive experience: it is focused on YOU . This does not feel like a corporate assembly line focused on through put . This experience puts a human touch onto a product line that I have used for over a decade. It is really nice to see in action the human touch that the LUSH SPA brings to life in the massage experience. Lush products are uniquely special from texture to scents, The products are incredible, memorable, and unique: the spa experience added the human touch into the LUSH experience: great people using an incredible amalgam of touch, aroma, sound and temperature to make a very memorable experience: special recognition to Alice, Danielle, and the expert therapist extraordinaire Kate. 💯🙏

  I had a wonderful experience at Lush Spa on Robson Street, and from the very first moment I walked in, I could feel that this is a place where people genuinely care about the experience they create for others. I was warmly welcomed by Bella, the supervisor of the shop, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and was always ready to answer my questions and help with anything I needed. Her warmth immediately set the tone for the whole visit. Once I entered the Spa, I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle, the manager. We had an excellent conversation, and what really stood out to me was how clearly he expressed the philosophy behind the space. It made me realize that at Lush, the little details are not little at all. Every element has a purpose: the atmosphere, the senses, the interaction, the products, the touch, the music, and most importantly, the way people feel when they leave. That really resonated with me. Lush doesn't seem to see a spa treatment as simply a service. It is about creating an immersive experience that can make someone slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling different from when they arrived. That philosophy of combining care, creativity, sensory experiences, and genuine human connection is something I found truly inspiring. I was also impressed by the entire team's energy. Everyone I encountered was positive, welcoming, and had such a great sense of humour. There was a wonderful lightness to the environment, it felt less like interacting with strangers and more like having conversations with friends, exchanging knowledge, ideas, and positive energy. What I appreciated most is that the values I associate with Lush like kindness, creativity, individuality, ethical thinking, freshness, and going beyond the expected, didn't feel like concepts written on a website. I could actually feel them in the way the team interacted with people. I left with a big smile and a genuine appreciation for the people behind the Lush experience. It was refreshing to see a team that understands that exceptional customer service is not only about what you do, but about how you make someone feel. Thank you, Bella, Kyle, and the whole team for such a warm welcome. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to visiting again!
