  Mia was very careful to make sure that the massage was suited to my needs. Which was very helpful given I have recently suffered a muscle injury. The treatment was tailored to help with this and help release general back pain from posture and prior shoulder trouble. I would be very happy to return for another tailor made treatment in the future. I have also previously had a synesthesia treatment delivered by Kyle which was very relaxing and also tailored to my needs through discussion. This treatment left me feeling much more relaxed over the following days. The spa also has excellent facilities to get washed prior to the treatment and to relax after. The staff are very polite and take time to discuss everything with you on the day.

  I received the “Good Hours” massage from Mia. Just like the name suggests, I expected it to be a relaxing and healing experience, but Mia’s massage exceeded all my expectations :) Her warm voice, kindness, and amazing massage techniques made the time fly by. I also mentioned that I usually have a lot of tension and pain in my calves and shoulders, and she really focused on those areas with great care. On top of that, she gave me helpful advice on how to manage and relieve the tension in daily life, which I really appreciated. Now I want to rename the massage from “Good Hours” to “Awesome Hours”!! See you again soon, Mia! ♡♡

  First time visiting and what a welcoming and lovely environment. We had the tailored made treatment and Mia took the time and care to go through the process to made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. We mentioned we wanted focus on our shoulder blade area as we tend to have a tense and scrunched out posture and after the session, our shoulders relaxed significantly and we felt more elongated in our posture. Pure bliss! Definitely will be coming back for the Good Hour for a longer session. Thanks Mia! ☺️

  Wow wow wow!! I had the most incredible experience with Supinder for my Good Hour treatment. Her pressure was firm and effective for all the knots in my neck, shoulders, and calves. I opted for the more relaxing sea shanty soundtrack and the After massage bar, and the combined with Supinder’s technique I was in heaven. It felt as if I was floating on the sea being massaged by the waves! Absolutely magical! 🌊✨

  We walked into Lush and had such an amazing experience thanks to Lindsay. She helped us from A to Z, offered plenty of samples, and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. We had no idea they host kids’ birthday parties or offer treatments like spa services and facials—such a great surprise. Lindsay was incredibly kind and attentive throughout. Thank you so much to Lindsay and the entire Lush team—we’ll definitely be back!
