It’s a great, welcoming environment. The Products: Seem to be geared to self-care days and gifting products. They offer a beautiful variety of products that are perfect for a special treat-yourself day or finding a unique gift. While most places would simply say it's out of stock, a wonderful female staff member went above and beyond. She had unique glasses with different-shaped frames on each side. She took the time to check the back storage and generously gifted me a remaining tester product. It could have been a hassle for her, but her genuine kindness and willingness to help deeply moved me. She truly embodies Lush’s core values—passion, kindness, and understanding the customer's needs. I wanted to leave this review to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you so much again!
