He was super friendly, patient, and helpful, and took the time to explain the products and answer my questions. I really appreciated how welcoming and knowledgeable he was. There was a bit of a wait, but the staff handled it really well and found a good solution. I had a lovely experience and will definitely be coming back to Lush again!

We talked about a similar loved Sanrio character and she also showed me new fall products. One was especially appealing that I had never heard of and she explained how to use and the benefits of the product. Lush is sometimes overwhelming but she made it so much fun. Genuinely the best Lush employee I’ve encountered here in Canada and in the USA. Thank you Briar!!!
