While this may seem like a minor detail, for a global beauty brand like L’Occitane, I believe a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail should be maintained—especially when there is direct physical contact with customers. The staff member who assisted me had noticeably long nails with visible dirt underneath 😵💫🤢 which made me feel uncomfortable during the product testing. Unfortunately, this affected my overall confidence in the brand. As a loyal customer who has always appreciated your products, I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken into consideration and help improve service standards. I sincerely hope to see a better experience on my next visit.
