  Had an amazing experience at L'Occitane in Downtown Pacific Centre! The store is beautifully presented and the products are absolutely divine. A huge shoutout to Maeve — she was truly exceptional! She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, walked us through the products with such warmth and expertise, and made the whole experience feel so personal and enjoyable. It's the kind of service that keeps you coming back. If you're visiting L'Occitane at Pacific Centre, ask for Maeve — you won't be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I definitely do NOT recommend this store. I was assisted by Amel while purchasing a gift. From the very beginning, I clearly mentioned that I needed a gift receipt. However, only at the end of the transaction did he inform me that I would need to wait 20–30 minutes for the system to process it before he could provide one. This was never communicated upfront, even though I explicitly said I was short on time. When I explained that I would need to return the item because I couldn’t wait for the gift receipt, he told me I needed a “valid reason” to return it. I reviewed the store’s policy, and that requirement is not stated. I even have photos of both the receipt and the policy from the website. What was most concerning is that he claimed to be the manager and said he would process the return “because he was in a good mood,” not because it was actually allowed under store policy. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. A manager should understand and correctly apply their own store policies, and customers should be treated with transparency and respect. This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from this brand.

  The location was easy to find, very clean and everything was organized. I work in retail myself and the way they fixed their products were very friendly to shoppers. Associates were all very helpful and approachable, Anton assisted me with my questions and was always smiling. Ysra, the beauty advisor, was very vibrant and her product knowledge was top notch (great training on the company's end) Thank you both for your hospitality and service.

  Anton at the pacific centee store Is so lovely and knowledgeable about all the products. He helped me pick skin care and hair care products based on my requirement. Also his kindness and niceness deserves appreciation. Thanks, Anton for helping with the shopping experience. :) Edit- I purchased the Immortelle Divine cream for my mother who lives in India and when she opened the box, it was a tester. Yes, Loccitane did refund me but it was really disappointing to see a sealed box have a used/opened jar of cream. Don't think I will purchase from L'occitane again.
