  This review is specifically for the employee named Farzana. When I came in to pick up my online order I had proceeded to stand at online pick up order area, waiting for someone to meet me there like they usually do at other Sephora locations. I have online picked up order at this location before and had no issues. Upon coming up to me she asked me if someone had already helped me in such a rude tone and then scoffed and said “I can’t help you as I’m with someone else so go up to the front instead”. She didn’t have to be so condescending when speaking to me, it completely caught me off guard because I have never been spoken to by an employee at Sephora like that ever. I ended up going to the front, picking up my order and explained what had happened and when I explained this to another employee, she gave off as if it was a common reoccurrence with her. Due to this visit, I will no longer come to this location due to the lack of customer service from this experience. Do better. I felt so unwelcomed.

  Really disappointed with my experience today. The cashier was rude, kept making faces, and threw my items into the bag. No greeting, no thank you—just attitude. I expect better customer service from Sephora.

  The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I we walked in. They took the time to answer my questions and made the shopping experience enjoyable without being pushy.

  I had a wonderful experience at Sephora thanks to Ishika. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find the right products. She took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my shopping experience. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Ishika, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your help and will definitely be returning to Sephora!
