  Terribly untrained management. Avoid this store. I tried returning an item with BOTH the paper receipt & our Sephora account phone number. The manager refused the refund simply because my husband paid using Samsung Pay on his smartwatch. The manager didn't understand that digital wallets use secure, hidden numbers for safety. She forced me to call my husband, wasting his time and causing completely unnecessary stress. Terrible customer service. Sephora needs to train its managers on basic modern technology.

  My GF loves this place. But, rarely buys anything. She looks at what they have, compares the prices to Amazon... Then, buys on Amazon. 🙄

  Kudos to Ishika for delivering a wonderful shopping experience at Sephora today. I’m posting a review for sephora for the first time & for retail after a long time. Ishika is knowledgeable, polite, well spoken beauty advisor. She answered all my questions with patience & did not rush even though the store was busy. She even showed me options of the serums that were out of stock & guided me how to order them. I initially came to pickup for a few skincare products but also bought a concealer brush & highlighting spray. I’m really satisfied with the customer service & will definitely return.

  This review is specifically for the employee named Farzana. When I came in to pick up my online order I had proceeded to stand at online pick up order area, waiting for someone to meet me there like they usually do at other Sephora locations. I have online picked up order at this location before and had no issues. Upon coming up to me she asked me if someone had already helped me in such a rude tone and then scoffed and said “I can’t help you as I’m with someone else so go up to the front instead”. She didn’t have to be so condescending when speaking to me, it completely caught me off guard because I have never been spoken to by an employee at Sephora like that ever. I ended up going to the front, picking up my order and explained what had happened and when I explained this to another employee, she gave off as if it was a common reoccurrence with her. Due to this visit, I will no longer come to this location due to the lack of customer service from this experience. Do better. I felt so unwelcomed.
