  Very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I found a set marked as $35 on the shelf, but at checkout I was told it was actually $72. When I mentioned the price difference, staff said only the sticker on the product mattered and weren’t able to honor the displayed price. I understand pricing mistakes can happen, but it was frustrating that there was no effort to resolve it or update the label. Instead I was told the pricing on the price tag didn’t matter and only the small sticker on the product mattered. I ended up leaving without the item, which was disappointing as I was excited to purchase it.

  I found a set clearly priced at $35, but at checkout I was told it was actually $72. Multiple sets were displayed under the same price, so it was very misleading. When I pointed it out, staff said the posted price “didn’t matter” and refused to honor it or offer any solution. Price tags are there for a reason—if they’re wrong, they should be fixed, not ignored. Very disappointing experience.
