  Amazing experience at this store! I had such a helpful employee guiding me through a make up routine I believe she said her name was Hadna! She was so kind I will be back

  As customers of a brand we love, we are valuable and important. Unfortunately, at this specific location, the staff and manager have a very poor attitude when serving customers. To anyone planning to shop at this particular MAC store, here’s my advice: if you walk in and feel unwelcome, if you notice a flat, cold, or negative attitude, don't shop here. We are better off going to another store where we actually feel comfortable and welcomed.

  I wanted to leave a review for such a great experience I had today! I’m visiting from out of town, and came in and had a colour analysis. The team was so helpful and kind! I came in just to look around, and got a perfect shade match. They were all very knowledgeable and really nice. Thank you again MAC team!

  Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and vertigo efficient. Helped me find some new products. Absolutely love my new lip gloss that was recommended.

  The terrible blonde manager!!! I asked to return an item I bought. The worker said its final sale and I said when I bought it I wasn’t told that and neither is it stamped final sale. The worker agreed that usually they write it down on the receipt. That blonde manager (that everyone is complaining about) stepped out of her office after overhearing and said we can give a store credit this time but with so much attitude. I couldn’t help but call her out saying she’s acting quite difficult about giving me a store credit. Immediately she went from zero to a 100. She lost it and said something like “that’s it!! We aren’t even giving you anything” and took a sharpie and aggressively tried to scratch all over my receipt. My product was still in the other workers hands. Upset at what she was doing to my receipt I grabbed it from her hand. She yelled at me and told me to get out of my store. I said I’m going, I’m going to collect my items and get organized and leave (Implying that I’m not leaving in a rush because she’s aggressively asking me to). She didn’t like that and said I’m calling security. She proceeded to call security and I took my time to put my stuff in my bag and left the store. Who is this blonde manager and why hasn’t MAC addressed her terrible behavior after all these negative reviews about her!!
