  I had a worst experience at this store. Its been years since I am buying my cosmetics from them. But today the blonde lady was so rude whole time poker face stare . If you have a baby or toddler don’t visit the store because the experience will be unpleasant and unwelcoming especially if you see a dyed blonde hair lady in the store. She was so terrible she didn’t let other co worker help us. If someone is not comfortable with you they are not buying your words. You need to build credibility to win someones trust which you lost at the first poker stare.

  I was also treated rudely by a blonde (dyed), three times! The same woman. She acted bored, disinterested and impatient with me twice while I was trying to buy! I went back 2 weeks later to ask about a product I had purchased which she said would last 2-3 months and it lasted less than 2 weeks! She made a snide comment to embarrass me, which it did. She was so nasty I never want to go back. As much as I like the products at MAC, I think I’ll visit Sephora.

  Tannikka is exceptional. She helped me with a laundry list of items, in figuring out the best suited colors to replace lots of discontinued favourites I had. I have been procrastinating getting this done as online can be a hit & miss in selecting the right shades. She was patient, answered all my questions, a great listener. Overall made my whole shopping experience pleasant. I am lucky she was there, as I was reading some of the reviews were concerning. Also her co worker working on the night of Saturday January 21st, 2023 was not friendly nor approachable. I try to be empathetic towards the fact she could have been having a bad day at work. I just felt annoyed when someone has a bad attitude & difficult to communicate with. It was like talking to a robot. Anyways needed to vent & thank you Tannikka for making my night! 🤷🏻‍♀️😊💜
