  Cold customer service. Meh experience. I hate that there are no comparable alternatives. The cashiers give out samples as if its coming from their own pocket where the app offers atleast 2. The app surely doesn’t discriminate but in person definitely depends on location to location. Maybe they expect only white customers.

  I had such an amazing experience with Nicole at Sephora! She was so kind, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. she made my whole experience so enjoyable! 💗 She helped me find a foundation that worked for me and was so patient with all the extra questions I had. I especially appreciated that she gave me samples to try before committing to the products. It made me feel like she truly cared about helping me find what was right for me rather than just making a sale. Nicole was absolutely amazing and provided such wonderful customer service. She is definitely someone who makes the Sephora experience better, and I really hope she gets recognized for how great she is! 💕

  I had such a lovely experience with Anna at Sephora! 💕 I went in looking for some new products for my birthday, and she was incredibly helpful in helping me choose everything. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave me great recommendations, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I’ve started using the products she helped me pick, and I’m genuinely in love with all of them! 😍 Thank you, Anna, for making my little birthday shopping trip feel extra special. I’ll definitely be looking for her again next time I’m in! 💄✨

  Vanshika helped me to find the right products for mec, she was so knowledgeable and polite!! Really appreciate her help otherwise I was not sure what should be best for me !! Great customer service and beautiful store in Surrey centre mall ! This time I purchased Sephora made cosmetics Sephora cream lip satin lipstick ,watch glow complexion ,lift curling waterproof mascara ! The feel and the texture was so great i think this will be an awesome decision!!!!❤️thank you VANSHIKA ❤️
