  I am regular customer at surrey centre one as i live close by and always see this girl named Riya. She is such a helpful and cheerful person. Helps me exploring all the options available for what i need. Everytime i visit this branch i think of leaving a review on her. But always forget to do it.

  This Sephora location is really terrible I had to write a review about it. Every single time I walk in, security follows me EVERYWHERE, employees as well. One time I was just looking at perfumes because my friend's birthday was close, and then left the store, all of a sudden, the security follows me outside and asks to check my bag, i said yes because of how panicked I felt, and after him searching my own personal bag he said I was good to go. These stories might feel normal, but I felt very uncomfortable when they happened, every time I go inside I have to leave my personal bag on the side of a random wall just to not get followed by a ton of people, and I still get followed btw. Anyway, I gave two stars only because there is that one employee who is the sweetest, she never followed me around, always helped, gave me samples all the time, I'm not sure what her name is, but she is the only sweet one. I'm only writing this so this could change so other people won't have to feel uncomfortable walking around a public store because of employees that don't deserve working there.

  I visited the Sephora store and a beauty advisor recommended a Sephora foundation for me. Unfortunately, the shade she selected was too light and looks white on my skin tone. I trusted the recommendation and was disappointed that the shade was not matched correctly.

  I visited this Sephora store on May 31, 2026 in the afternoon(around 5pm) and had a very disappointing experience. The security guard repeatedly watched and followed me as if I were a thief, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. This has happened to me more than once at this location. So if you are saw this review, I wanna let you know that I am a respectful, well raised person, and being treated this way while simply shopping was upsetting and unprofessional. Also, my friends noticed the same behavior of that security towards them and felt so uncomfortable that they chose to leave the store.(I really wanted to ask why you doing this but I didn’t want to make a scene) Also, the cashier was also not particularly friendly. Overall, this was the worst experience I have had at a Sephora store. I hope management addresses these concerns and ensures all customers are treated with dignity and respect.(this store not even deserving a single star 🤷🏽‍♀️)
