  Staff are friendly but don’t really ask if you need help with anything (that and not enough staff) but the girl today 12/5/26 apparently didn’t want to give good samples? Like samples is to try out a few times before making the purchase. She literally gave me not enough product.

  Not a huge fan of this location. Some staff take one look at you and if you don't look like you're going to buy, they look right through you. Other staff won't leave you alone if you just want to look. Security followed me and my son around. I could literally reach out and touch the guy, that's how close he was following us. Not even subtle. Followed us to the counter as we did our exchange and when I mentioned to the person at the counter that we were uncomfortable with security following us around, she simply apologized without actually doing anything about it. No idea why they even opened a location in this mall.

  I went to Sephora yesterday. And I won’t be returning to this location ! I only needed help looking for the morphe section & finding an eyeliner I wanted. The person at the door told me it was in the back. I went , it was not located there. So I tried asking for an employee, to help me locate it specifically . 2 staff members were busy with clients. There was 8 employees around and not one was on the floor to help. Most of the time they were chatting away with each other, or just staring at the wall/ phones. One staff member I had to interrupt while she was with a client to help me find the morphe section. She told me they had run out of the eyeliner I needed and recommended me the Sephora collection liner. I got somewhat of help from the one that was busy…but I was shocked with the rest of the staff just “chilling out”.

  Their service was really good. I went their with a list of items that I wanted answer and two of the employees helped me find those. They were genuinely very helpful. I had a great shopping experience. Thank you sephora 🤗
