Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Sephora while inquiring about a makeup appointment for my friend’s graduation. We were speaking with an employee named Vasuda and discussing appointment details when she asked if we had a specific look in mind. I began explaining that my friend would be wearing a white satin dress so I could describe the style we were envisioning, but I was abruptly interrupted and told, “That’s not what I asked,” in a rude tone. Later, when my friend politely asked if there was a makeup artist she would recommend for achieving the look we wanted, Vasuda responded by saying, “First of all, that is very offensive and you need to be respectful,” even though our question was asked respectfully. This happened in front of other employees and customers, which made the interaction uncomfortable and embarrassing. We visited excited to book a graduation makeup appointment and expected friendly guidance, but instead left feeling unwelcome. Customer service should make people feel comfortable, especially when they’re seeking advice for an important occasion. Sadly, this was a very disappointing experience.

Rather a long walk, because an elevator was down. But we got what we were after, helpful and pleasant staff.

Absolutely excellent makeup but! Corey from Makeup Forever helped match my foundation shade to perfection…. Something I find hard to do! Also a blush and lip pencil from the Makeup forever line…. He’s amazing with his knowledge of shade and undertone. So glad I went in!

Extremely disappointed with the treatment you get at this store. I just want to say Sephora customer service has gone down the hill in last 10 years. First of all what’s up with the unnecessary eye rolls? I went today because the foundation I picked up was oxidized and wanted the correct shade. This girl came no hello no introduction just said what do I want. After telling her that I need different shade she suggested me the first foundation that was infront of her eyes, I told her that I have used this Dior foundation in past and I am not looking for new foundation, I just need to get a different shade in same foundation. Then came the infamous eye rolls and she said that I need to learn how to prep my skin because if dior and haus lab is oxidizing then my skin prep is wrong. I was so offended, I told her I differ with her judgement. My skin prep has never been a problem its just the wrong shade. She then asked what shades I wanted and she put right next to my ear where I couldn’t even see because you would have to twist your neck or have more mirrors to see. After that she gave me sample as she was doing a big favour and left without saying anything. I returned my foundation and Samples as I am not interested to visit this location anymore. I really miss old Sephora when customer service was equal to making your shopping experience pleasant not bitter like nowadays.
