  Outstanding Experience at Sephora White Rock — Thank You, Sammy! I had an exceptional shopping experience at Sephora White Rock, and a huge part of that was because of Sammy. She was incredibly kind, polite, patient, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me. Sammy personally guided me through different sections of the store, helped me find the products I was looking for, answered my questions, and made the entire shopping experience incredibly easy and stress-free. She never made me feel rushed and was consistently friendly and attentive throughout. What impressed me most was her genuine willingness to help and her outstanding work ethic. Her positive attitude and thoughtful assistance turned what could have been a regular shopping trip into a truly enjoyable experience. Sammy is an absolute asset to the Sephora White Rock team. Employees who provide this level of customer service deserve to be recognized and appreciated. I sincerely hope the management takes a moment to acknowledge her excellent work. Thank you, Sammy, for making my visit such a wonderful experience! Your kindness and exceptional customer service truly stood out.

  Terrible service from this location. I went 2 days in a row. Ana is not friendly, when you ask for advice she treats you like you are bothering her. I encountered her 2 days in a row and she was the same. She looks and sounds like she hates her job. I asked someone in the same location after and the other girl was so so pleasant. Not sure why she works here. She’s not helpful and acts stuck up.

  I went in today and employee Jasmin greeted me very kindly. She made my trip so easy and quick because she checked me out right where I was which I really liked because I was in rush. She also offered me samples for some products I was unsure about. I have hard time getting samples at other locations so I really appreciated this. Overall all the staff was very friendly and nice. Definitely recommend this store and I will be coming again 😊

  I received horrible in person customer service when asking for a few samples of foundation to ensure I bought the right colour and not purchasing a product unnecessarily and then returning, as I find this to be a huge waste. I was told only three samples are allowed, I was asking for four, I even stated there did not need to be full containers of the samples. The colours were slightly darker than my skin tone and I was mocked for getting darker foundation, the sales person was very passive aggressive stating “I would love to see how you pull this off”. This left a very poor taste with Sephora as I have been a long-term customer and have spent thousands of dollars, there shouldn’t be a question of what colour or samples you want to try as samples are advertised and encouraged. Honestly, I am not sure if I will be returning to this location due to the poor experience and lack of professionalism.
