  Every time I enter into the store, I am always greeted and at least 2 ppl check in to see if I need help. I find that all are so helpful. Obviously, when busy salespeople are running around helping people as best they can but I get it if I am not helped right away. I don’t remember her name and this was a few weeks ago but she offered a small sample of the new Keratase product. I didn’t even ask but she offered and of course I came back and bought it. Also, there is this tall long haired guy that is always so helpful and knows his stuff. Plus, I have a cousin who works for Sephora head office who was visiting last year and she said the store looked good and had nice people. You guys are waaay better than the new Oakridge mall store who did not even acknowledge my friend and I the whole entire we were in the store and it was NOT busy.

  Staff kept looking at me like I was a criminal and didn’t help me at all was super uncomfortable.. also the girl at the till was rude

  Visited Sephora for the first time today while shopping for an Instacart order. Chloe greeted me when I entered the store and helped me quickly find the items I was looking for. Their friendly and helpful service saved me a lot of time and made the experience smooth and hassle-free. Thank you!

  My experience was very good. I usually don't wear makeup, just lipstick, mascara, that's it. But this time I wanted to try new things based on TikTok haha, Even though I already knew what products I was going to look for, on two occasions the girls asked me if I was looking for help and It made me think about the great customer service, love it! 🩷✨

  Was in here for 20 minutes and not a single person helped me when I clearly looked like in need of help, also 2-3 people behind the counter kept yapping on about gossip. The one girl who did eventually walk by without saying anything (I forget her name , not a name or person worth remembering anyways) I told her hey I have a question and she gave me a snarky response as if me asking her a question was inconveniencing her. The staff here need to be educated on basic customer service. Perhaps its to difficult to hire competent employees. Definitely wont be coming back.
