  I’ve always shopped at MAC and the service is great but this time was exceptional because of Olivia! She was so helpful and attentive and made me feel beautiful even before I had any makeup on. I will definitely be back and look forward to more makeup tips and advice from her!!

  I’ve always been a loyal MAC customer, I’ve received birthday gifts over the years because of how much I spend with the brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience completely changed that. I wanted to introduce a friend to this location, but it turned into a very disappointing situation. She used my account so she could save her 15% first-time discount for a future purchase where it would actually apply, since the gloss she wanted was a new product and excluded. As someone new to makeup, she didn’t fully understand the points system, and when she tried to return the gloss, things became unnecessarily difficult. The manager, Shaheen, was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Instead of assisting, she made inappropriate comments and tried to imply that I was using my friend just to collect more points for myself so I could get a birthday gift. She also kept pushing the idea that my friend “didn’t even get a discount anyway,” suggesting she should have just let me take the points. This was completely unprofessional, uncomfortable, and out of line. My friend left feeling humiliated and embarrassed. She felt rushed, as if she was holding up the line, and noticed staff laughing among themselves, which only made her more uncomfortable and anxious. I’ve never had a negative experience with MAC before, but this was enough to leave a lasting impression…for both of us. Sadly, my friend has said she won’t return to this location again.

  I like MAC's products but I don't like shopping at the stores. Their customer service is so bad and stressful. They let u wonder alone not knowing what to get in all of those new products. They give u the attitude that u r not going to buy anything and u only going to waist their time. Meanwhile, they follow u around and steer at u making u feel that u r a thief. No greeting, grumpy faces, bad attitudes.. I love sephora customer service instead. The 3 stars for the good products that u have.

  This store double charged my credit card and was unhelpful with resolving the double charge. They claim that the second charge should fall off my account but that was a lie. Don’t buy from this store unless you want your money stolen.

  Shahin was Awesome, kind and helpful with my lip primer exchange experience!!! She understands the issue and just resolved quickly!! Best cosmetics store in guilford mall and best brand and best customer service indeed
