I came in within the hour of opening. I bought a bunch of stuff online that didn’t match my skin tones and Carly was super helpful to show me all the shades I came in looking for. She was the only one on the salesfloor and when it picked up, I told her I was ok if she needed to help/greet other customers. She then made sure to check in on me afterwards and spend time helping me finalize my exchanges. Carly has great energy and I’m glad I came to this location because I usually feel so confused in make up stores. Thanks Carly for your help :)

Service is hit or miss. I went in, experienced 0 interactions with the staff (not even a greeting) and when I went to check out, the girl behind the till yelled at her coworker across the store that she was putting my purchase under her name for commission, despite knowing that I was not helped by anybody in the time I was there. Doing that out loud and right in front of me was kind of hilarious. She was also quite passive aggressive when I asked if I had any points to redeem in my account for some reason. Apologies for not knowing any of their names as surprisingly we never got to that point. I think you’ll know when you interact with them though. Overall, I’d avoid going here, or try their stuff in person and then buy it online.
