  really disappointed with my experience with the immortal divine cream. i tried it in store and immediately noticed how strong the fragrance was, even though i had only put a small amount on my hand. i actually commented on the smell and specifically told the employee that my skin doesn’t react well to harsh fragrances. she swore up and down that there weren’t any harsh fragrances in the cream, so i trusted what she told me. i ended up washing it off my hand because of the smell, but decided to purchase it after being reassured that the fragrance wouldn’t be an issue. when i got home, i put it on my face. afterwards, i looked at the ingredients myself and was honestly shocked to see that it contains parfum and fragrance, as well as benzyl salicylate and limonene, among other fragrance ingredients. these were exactly the kind of ingredients i had specifically asked about before purchasing. over the next couple of days, i had a pretty bad breakout. obviously i can’t say with certainty that the cream caused the breakout, but given my history with fragrance and the fact that i specifically raised this concern before buying it, it was extremely frustrating. i went back to try to return it and was told i could only exchange it. i’m really disappointed because this was a $150 purchase that i made based on information given to me by an employee. if i had been given accurate information about the fragrance and ingredients, i never would have bought it. would not recommend this store or this product if you have sensitive skin.

  My sister purchased som creams from this outlet. The experience she had was very endearing. The staff was patient and provided suggestions which helped my sister make the decisions. I brought these creams back to Oman and gave them to my colleagues at work. They are overwhelmed with the fragrance and choice. I thank you for your wonderful care. GOD bless you and your families

  My daughter is a regular customer at this L'Occitane en Provence location in Guildford Town Centre, and it is consistently a wonderful shopping experience. She absolutely loves their body care products which are unmatched in quality and texture. ​The boutique itself is beautifully arranged, clean, and always smells incredible. What really sets this location apart is the staff; they are consistently welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. Whether you are stocking up on your daily essentials or looking for the perfect gift, this store is a pleasure to visit. It has easily become her go-to spot in Surrey for premium skincare
