- BBBrittanyMay 8, 20261.0I'm gonna start this off with i don't know the stylists name. I was a walk in which was kind of a hassle to even start with. I asked if they had time for a walk in and not sure if she knew what i said cause she asked me for a phone number and then i had to once again ask about a walk in. After confirming she did have time, she then didn't know how to put me in their system as a walk in so someone else had to jump in, which no problem. She might've been new The hair cut i got was awful and she was very rough. I showed her a reference photo of a wolf cut, (something i've been getting for literal years) and asked for it to be a bit shorter than the photo. She fought with me over length and the cut in general. She was continuously catching my ears (and piercings) with her comb and she used so much pressure that the entire cut and style was painful. Now to the actual haircut. I genuinely want to cry because of how bad it is. It's so choppy, uneven and unflattering and makes me feel gross about myself. I would go back and try to get it fixed but it's too short to fix unless i want to buzz my entire head. Also my hair was severely crunchy with how much hair spray was in it. I would not go again and even $30 was too much for the service and haircut i was given.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
