- CLC LinAug 13, 20264.0I always stop by The Cosmetics Company Store whenever I visit the outlet. There are always good deals and new finds, with a great variety of brands and frequent promotions. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I especially want to mention Nina. She is very professional, polite, and genuinely friendly, and she speaks both English and Chinese fluently. Even when the store is very busy, she always stays calm and provides excellent service. What really impresses me is that she remembers which customers need help and makes sure no one gets overlooked. I highly recommend asking for Nina if you need any assistance! The store is generally well organized, and the testers and makeup removers are regularly restocked, which makes it easy and comfortable to browse. For makeup, I find that many of the available shades tend to be on the deeper side, so those with lighter Asian skin tones may need a little luck finding the right match. However, Estée Lauder and Clinique usually have a pretty good selection of foundation shades. I often purchase Aveda and Estée Lauder skincare here and have found some really great deals. MAC and Too Faced have a more limited shade selection, but there is still a nice variety of eyeshadows and lip products. Recently, I was also happy to see some products from The Ordinary and a selection of Jo Malone fragrances available. Overall, it’s a great place to shop for skincare, makeup, and fragrances at outlet prices. There’s always a chance of discovering something new or finding a really good deal. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re visiting the outlet!
