- TBTah B.May 12, 20264.0The perfume selection is great, nicely organized and usually pretty easy to find what you're looking for- the fragrance section does seem to be where the Staff like to come and talk amongst themselves, though, so keep that in mind, you'll either be ignored completely there or every single one will check on you at least once. I also wished they carried Dedcool fragrances at this location, I don't wanna go all the way to Metrotown just for Dedcool perfume 😢
- AKali kMay 11, 20261.0On May 4 and had a really uncomfortable experience. There’s an employee near the front entrance who constantly stares at me, my friends, and my family every time we come in. On this visit, she was giving us dirty looks and then talking to other coworkers while they all stared at us too. It made us feel very judged and unwelcome while shopping. I’m not sure what the issue was, but no customer should feel uncomfortable just walking into a store.

The blonde Indian girl did not greet me, simply said “next” and did not acknowledge me when I got to her. There was no smile or even basic customer service. When I asked a question, I was met with an eye roll and no clear response, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. It also seemed like the two cashiers were focused on talking to each other rather than helping customers which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. They were also speaking to each other in another language which made me feel uncomfortable and unsure if they were talking about me. Regardless, it came off as exclusionary and inappropriate when dealing with customers. In a store that is supposed to make you feel confident and beautiful, this kind of service completely takes away from the experience. Very disheartened and disappointed.
