  I just visited Saphora Richmond center branch today. Bought an bottle of Armani foundation. Hmmm, a very interesting issue happened, I didn't receive an email receipt. It's my shopping day and I spent the whole afternoon in the mall, so I walked back to Saphora to ask for the receipt. The answer is it will take 24 hours to send it to the customer sometimes. Hmmm, I don't know how to understand their situation but it's their answer and I walked away.

  Worst Sephora, managers do not know how to resolve issues with customers. Horrible service. Do not go here. If another location makes a mistake, can atleast talk to a customer like you actually care instead of saying store policy.

  It used to be fine but lately some of the staff here have been pretty mean. I bought a $78 Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow and went back today to exchange it for the same one in a different shade. The cashier told me I had to pay another $39 and kept insisting she was right even though that made no sense. I asked her to double-check and, surprise, she was wrong. Then I casually asked about the return policy for some other stuff I hadn’t tried yet and she immediately went, “you can only use 10%, don’t use the whole bottle.” Like girl 😭 I know, I was literally just asking. The way she said it made it sound like she assumed I was gonna use the whole thing and then come back and return it lol. Not a good look and completely unnecessary. Could’ve just explained the policy without the attitude. Honestly just makes me not wanna shop here anymore.🙄

  Was tasked with buying a few things here. The greeter at the door was nice. Woman in the hair section had a long personal conversation with someone and completely ignored me. Found things myself. Was asked to go back and get something else and found them even less friendly. Nobody offered help and when I asked for a particular item they just pointed at it like I was an idiot for not finding it. Went to the till and received no hello and no smile. Just put the stuff back and went to the one at Pacific Centre, as the staff there are kind and attentive. It was like night and day. I assume this is poorly managed or they just have no incentive due to this being the only location in Richmond. Not every staff member here is bad but they certainly aren't generally as friendly as other locations.

  Staff were very helpful yesterday towards me and my Mom. 🫶 Lady named Chanel at the charlotte tilbury sections was so sweet and helpful🫶
