  In my belief, Mac is truly Magic! I had exceptional experience with Ariel the makeup artist who from the moment the appointment began. It was so clear, the passion, love and pride Ariel takes with his incredible talent. My expectations were surpassed with his knowledge, skills and abilities. His knowledge of products was outstanding and he knew exactly what to use and recommend for hydration, face, eyes and lips. He took the time to explain each step and allowed me the time to examine and ask questions. The expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the appointment. Each product was applied with precision and a critical eye, from skin prep, blending, contouring, highlighting and OH my GOODness! LIPS Totally Gorgeous! What impressed me the most was his commitment to perfection, never rushing, checking every detail including how I was feeling. Mac is so fortunate to have Ariel as a MUA. I left feeling better than I walked in and grateful for the customer care he provided. All the staff at this store have been terrific in everyday imaginable. Thank you so much Ariel your are AWESOME!

  I went to Mac store this evening. With a lot of customers and there was only 1 lady working at that moment. She handled the situaltion professionally and gracefully. She also gave me great recomendations on lip products. Satified with services and products. 🫶

  Claudette was an absolute star and made our experience amazing! She took the time to get to know us, what we liked on our skin and what suits us best. Her personality was also stellar! Highly recommend this location!

  I love my experience today with Ariel. Ariel really worked wonders and help me find the shade that I want. I really appreciate the help. It’s so rare to get amazing customer service lately but Ariel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely come back again. I definitely recommend this location and do go to Ariel - staff that knows his color wheel and able to find you the shade you want :). I bought three things today and it’s rare for me to do that. Thank you Ariel :). Continue your passion :).

  I don’t normally have great experiences at this location, but Licelle was fantastic! She was juggling a few customers at a time and each of her interactions felt genuine, helpful, and low-pressure. She knew her stuff, gave me recommendations, and still left me alone to try things at my own pace.
