- SCSteven ChenJul 28, 20261.0This location was a really disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional from start to finish. When I asked about gift wrapping, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. One of the younger employees was actually fine, but another staff member was noticeably rude and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. At one point, someone else came out from the back and was also unfriendly, adding to the negative experience. A business like this should be hiring people who understand basic customer service. The way this store is run just pushes customers away. When I visited, the store was nearly empty, and it’s not hard to see why. I’d recommend going to the Tsawwassen location instead—they provide a much better experience and actually offer services like gift wrapping.

I don’t know why this location has such a low star rating because I have been here lots and always receive quality attention. The price tag is what I pay when they ring me up! I will say lots of the products are not on sale but when I arrive they tell me what section of the stores are on sale and all there active promotions! Overall one of my favourite Loccitane stores! I also got a full size tin of body lotion for FREE with my purchase!

I've been here several times but there was zero customer service. I am not surprised by the other negative reviews. I always forget to leave a review for this shop as I forgot to take photos. However, other people already beat me to it. Leaving the not very pleasant reviews. So it's not just me then.
