  This location was a really disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional from start to finish. When I asked about gift wrapping, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. One of the younger employees was actually fine, but another staff member was noticeably rude and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. At one point, someone else came out from the back and was also unfriendly, adding to the negative experience. A business like this should be hiring people who understand basic customer service. The way this store is run just pushes customers away. When I visited, the store was nearly empty, and it’s not hard to see why. I’d recommend going to the Tsawwassen location instead—they provide a much better experience and actually offer services like gift wrapping.

  please avoid shopping this outlet L'Occitane store if you have a choice go somewhere else purchasing L'Occitane products.

  I have to update my review for loccitaine. My grand children know what products I use, And they went to the Mcarthur Glen location and bought me a refill for my moisturizing cream. .That lovely gentleman who owns that location,and always has a chat with me made sure to ask the children to wish me a Merry Christmas and he gave them a gift for me as well. He’s the most perfect gentleman and is from Malaysia. We became good friend after I learned he was Malay, I worked there for several years, and he’s a perfect example of a Malay.
