- JPJack PetersJun 29, 20262.0Sephora Willowbrook was the low-point for me that day. I will say that a greeter at the door is a good idea, but my rating reflects the tone of this review. While my wife was in this store, the Sephora greeting actions to me were, dismissive, unhelpful, very un-welcoming, and just plain thanks for that, I really didn't deserve it. As of today, I've written many 5 star reviews, and this store isn't one of them, even though we made purchases in this store that day.
- BBBJun 22, 20261.0I purchased an expensive Givenchy EDP from this location and I'm surprised by how weak it is compared to my previous purchases of the same fragrance. It's almost like spraying expensive water! I hope this is simply a batch, storage, or quality-control issue and not an indication that compromised or counterfeit products have entered Sephora's supply chain.

She helped me find some skincare and makeup for my gals engagement party. I told her that I wanted something that would stay on all day and look good in photos and boy did she deliver. I got home after a full day out and my makeup looked flawless. It is so hard to find good customer service these days and Harlene truly restored some faith in me. Even though it was quite busy she spent time with me and helped me feel confident and reassured me when I felt quite ashamed of my dark circles and acne. I had originally come in with my kids to repurchase my Rare Beauty foundation but came to discover that it got replaced with a new one. Harlene explained everything so well to me and gave me some application techniques too which was very helpful!!!! I will definitely be returning to this location.
