  Pathetic customer servicing. The front door girl had zero patience in answering questions. Ran away as soon as she gave an answer and never really LISTENED to what we as customers wanted. Could hardly spot any staff around. I've been to other Sephoras and never have we been treated so badly. Surely your staff could some customer service training. We're better off taking the business elsewhere.

  I’ve been a Beauty Insider member for 3 years and regularly spend $200–$300+ at Sephora. Today was my first return, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. I returned a Tarte fixing powder within 10 days because I didn’t like the color/texture after opening it at home. The employee, Maddy (if I remember correctly), repeatedly checked the product and consulted other employees as if I was trying to do something wrong. Another employee eventually confirmed that the packaging and amount were completely correct. I understand checking returns, but the way I was treated made me feel like I was being accused of fraud. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed. After 3 years as a loyal customer, I expected much better. I will not be shopping at the Willowbrook Sephora again because of this experience.

  ​I visited Sephora's specifically looking for a foundation suitable for mature skin, and to be honest, I was slightly dreading the process. I was greeted by Ivanna, who was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As a business owner myself, I deeply appreciate top-tier customer service, and she delivered exactly that! My visit was quick, efficient, and I left with the perfect foundation plus a few extra goodies. Thank you, Ivanna!

  Sephora at willowbrook mall should really change their staff, specifically the so called cashiers. They have another level of attitude. The one who are on floor helping people are nice and professional but the ones behind the counter are rude and ignorant. I felt like they don’t want me in the store. I was in my work cloths, just went there to grab gift for my friend because i had to attend a bday party after. I didn’t have time to go home change, do my makeup and come to sephora. Staff is so judgmental about what you are wearing. Literally made me feel like an idiot. I will never ever return to this sephora.
