    Very disappointing experience at Sephora Langley. I returned with an unopened product only 34 days after purchase because I had been out of town, and I was completely denied even a store credit. Manager Miranda showed no understanding or willingness to help despite the item being unopened and in perfect condition. Policies are one thing, but customer service and empathy should matter too. Loyal customers should not be treated this way over just a few extra days past the return window. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a customer.

    My experience at Sephora was extremely disappointing. I have shopped at multiple Sephora locations across the Greater Vancouver area, and the level of service has consistently been excellent — friendly, professional, and customer-focused. This is exactly why the experience at this Langley location stands out in such a negative way. The staff came across as dismissive and condescending, showing little to no interest in assisting customers. It genuinely felt as though customers were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the business. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, more like a private space than a retail environment that represents a global brand. What makes this even more concerning is the stark contrast with other locations, particularly in Richmond and Surrey, where staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a high standard of customer care. In my opinion, this location is actively damaging the brand’s reputation. This does not feel like an isolated incident, but rather a pattern that requires immediate attention. I strongly encourage management to review staff conduct at this store, reassess customer service standards, and invest in proper training to align this location with the rest of the brand. I

    I visited the Langley store and asked for assistance from the staff member standing at the front door. They refused and rudely told me to wait for five minutes. I ended up waiting more than ten minutes, and during that time, I noticed the same staff member helping another customer. It felt like I was being overlooked based on personal judgment, which was very frustrating. Because of this experience, I would not consider visiting this store again. Thanks

    Really bad experience with associate, not helping at all worst customer service I have ever experience. Manager was not interested to listen the issue at all. I will never prefer to visit the Willowbrook mall location of Sephora. Waste of time I believe

    This location can be super busy and the bar for customer service is very low these days but I have to commend this Sephora for excellent customer service the past few times I’ve been. At Christmas I was looking for a fragrance for my husband and the sales associate went out of her way to check online stock, back room stock, and let me know I could call Metrotown (which I did, and the sales associate there was equally helpful). Today I went in for a restock and it was incredibly busy. The sales associate calmly helped me by looking up stock online, asking me if I needed anything else, and helped me compare and swatch concealer. She even let me know I could pay with her if I was done and didn’t want to wait in line! I’ve been consistently impressed with how helpful sales associates are at this store and despite how much I dislike the busy atmosphere I’ll continue to go in person for their customer service.
