At the time they were out of stock for birthday free gifts, so she gave me 250 points instead. She asked me for my phone number but it couldn't register, and then she asked me for my phonenumber again. It was totally fine and she was a really nice person. The problem is even though there were two others staffs right next to the cashier, they were not helping her and just laughing. I am not sure they were laughing at her but as a customer it was so uncomfortable. Also, one of them was look like a manager.
