  My mom and I popped in here on Friday to find makeup to cover my birth marks on my face and Nik was extremely helpful and professional with what we were looking for. It was a lovely and pretty fast! I'll be more than happy to return when I need some more makeup. Thank you for a wonderful experience. :)

  I wanted to share what a great experience I had with Eduardo. I went in for a quick item pick-up, while there thought maybe I should consider upgrading my look with lipstick, had no idea what I was doing, and Eduardo stepped in. He's fantastic—incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and has a super fun energy. He chose the perfect colours for me, showed me how to use the products, and I’m grateful every time I do my lip liner and lipstick. I'm a bit late with this review, but wanted to give him a much deserved shout-out. I hope the past few weeks at Sephora have been treating him well, they're lucky to have him!

  As a loyal Rouge member who spends a lot at this location, I’ve now had a disappointing experience with the same employee, twice! The manager with blonde hair and glasses will go out of her way to look at you and walk by you over and over; but will never offer any assistance or even acknowledge you. When I did ask for help, she gave me a dismissive look and ignored me. Fortunately, another employee stepped up and provided basic service. This manager is rude, dismissive and her negative energy is palpable - not sure if it’s towards everyone or only “certain” customers.

  From the very first moment, the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain in detail which product was best suited for me, answering all my questions clearly and without rushing. Plus, Eduardo is a super friendly guy who speaks Spanish, which was a huge help. Without a doubt, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your dedicated service!

  The amazing Ree helped me find everything my daughter and I needed! I'm learning what's out there, and Ree totally saved the day and really had a lot of helpful information and suggestions for our skin type/issues etc. I was lost without her!!! PLUS while checking out with all my lovely products, the cashier was freaking amazing aswell! They really were the 🍒 cherry on top. Wish I remembered their name! But thank you both ❤️ March 6th 2026
