  I had a great experience at Sephora with Eden today. I was looking for a perfume that made peoples heads turn; something that makes people say “you smell so good” every time and that’s exactly what I got. Eden was knowledgeable about the product line and has such a fun and happy attitude. I would recommend Eden for any of your fragrance and perfume needs. Not only did I receive awesome customer service, the checkout process was seamless and convenient. I appreciate the little portable payment systems. The experience made me feel special and taken care of. Thank you Eden! 🫶🏽

  Came here today not expecting that today’s visit will be different. Usually I have gotten ok service with no personal touch. Rose came and greeted me. She was very caring, humble and listened to what I had to say and helped me to do my purchase. She was genuinely very helpful, was not pushy sales at all. She looked beautiful with simple makeup and long hair ( Jamaican Beauty). She even helped me after her shift ended. Thank you Rose for the tips on other questions that I had and it was pleasure chatting with you..Hopefully to visit again when I am in town next time.

  This is the first time I have experienced such disrespectful service. Another staff member who helped me find my products was friendly and helpful, but my experience with Eden at checkout was completely different. She rolled her eyes, sighed, and gave me a condescending smile that made me feel looked down upon as a tourist. She also struggled to understand my email address, even though I have never had this issue at any other sephora store. She asked me to write down my email address, then immediately crumpled up the paper before even reading or confirming it. As a result, I never received any email from sephora I believe she needs additional training on how to interact respectfully with customers, especially tourists.

  Staff need better customer service training. I went in today looking for a new product that was supposed to be available in store today and said “in stock Kelowna” on the website. I didn’t see it on the shelf so I asked an employee. She then lectured me that it takes 2-3 weeks for a new product to be on the shelves. I asked why it said “in stock” then and she said that just refers to the general area. What? I didn’t want to order online during a heat wave and have it sit in a hot mailbox. So I left the store and ordered it for “in store pickup”. An hour later, once I’m home, I got an email saying it’s ready. So it was there all along, and now I have to make another trip.

  I had an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to Brit! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me find every single product I was looking for and took the time to recommend items that suited my needs perfectly. Her excellent customer service made my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Brit, for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be coming back!
