  I had a great time looking for what I needed. A staff member named Eden was very helpful and informative. While the store was busy at the time, she handles it amazingly. She's knowledgeable when I would ask questions. Is great at finding stuff that was more price friendly for me. Made it easy for me to set up an account with Sephora, and as someone who experiences social anxiety when meeting new people, she was comfortable to communicate with. She was very kind and made me feel good about myself when I left and I hope to return when I can treat myself. Five Stars from me.

  Khushi goes above and beyond her customer service to help around to shop best products. She is the gem of the store.

  Was told Sephora has a 30 day return policy on their products if you are unsatisfied. Switched it up and tried a new product which didn’t work for me at all. Took it back after using the product twice, and was told by the cashier that in her opinion it was “too used” to consider exchangeable. No other option given, I was hoping to just switch it back to my regular product that I buy almost monthly from them. Left the store very unimpressed and now left to finish using a very expensive product that does not do what it advertises. Very loyal Sephora customer, never great service in store unfortunately…
