  My wife came in looking for a specific face cream, nothing on the shelf. Melody was a gem and tracked the last one down in the back and made my wife's morning. Thank you, Melody, you were fantastic!

  Ella was an exceptionally enthusiastic woman with a passion for make up and making others feel beautiful. It was evident in everything she was doing. We had a make up tutorial for my seestors wedding with her and she was so helpful, explaining the best way to create a timeless wedding look. There was no pressure to purchase and she just did such a beautiful job. Everyone else working there also seems to genuinely enjoy working there.

  Poor customer service. The employees spent more time gossiping with each other than helping customers. I had to walk up to a group of employees who were chatting just to ask for assistance. When the employee went to the back to grab the item I requested, she came back with the wrong size, despite me clearly asking for a different one. Overall, it was a disappointing shopping experience.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a great experience with Karley today. She was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to help me with each and every product I needed. Her customer service was outstanding!

  idk what was going on today but damn lol horrible customer service at every point. then it seemed like they were following/chasing me out of store after i already paid for my $70+ foundation and i had a receipt and bag… and even then no one said goodbye or have a good day, just chasing behind me while whispering on the mic? sorry i wore sweatpants, i guess? even though that’s all stores sell now so it’s not a good thief indicator anymore at all guys…
